Really disappointed in the grooming. Kyle clearly is a gentle soul and cares for animals, but his skills are not up to the standard for the regular grooming rate. I can’t believe I paid so much for such an amateurish job. It took almost 5 hours and was very unevenly done. I blame myself for not giving better instructions. I asked for trimmed as close to the ear leather as possible, but I didn’t expect my dog’s ears to be shaved all the way down. Luckily, we’re just passing through the area and hair does grow. I’m hopeful someone in management sees this and offers him the mentorship and training he needs.

On two separate visits weeks apart the smell or odor was barely tolerable. I understand pets have accidents, but this is something entirely different. Maybe the parent company should replace the flooring or try some different order control cleaning products? Nice staff and good selection though. I hope someone from the company will see my post.

I took my dog here to get groomed and the night that he was groomed he stood up for more than 12 hours panting, salivating and pacing around my room. I was so worried about him because I had never seen him this way before. I brought him to the vet the next morning and she did a physical on him in which she noticed he had pain in his lower back, possibly from a sprain. She told me it probably happened at the groomers. I called PetSmart and spoke to the supervisor in the grooming department. She told me that nothing happened while he was there. All I know is that when I dropped off my dog he was perfectly fine and when I picked him up, he was hurt. Unfortunately I will never know what happened but what I do know is that I will never bring my dog there again.

Large selection of supplies but they had a sign for a discounted walk-in no apt needed dog wash however the girl wasn't busy and acted like she didn't want to work and said they couldn't take my dog. They had no other dogs atm so I left without the wash. Probably won't go back to the greenbrier location.

Today 12/10/2022 I had the best experience I have ever had at any Petsmart. My wife and I walked into this location to purchase some new fish for our tank. The friendliest, most knowledgeable employee I've ever encountered, Ethan helped us pick out a couple of amazing fish. He gave us all the info we needed to help make sure these fish would thrive once we got them home. Ethan is a true gem at this location. I think this will be my new every-day petsmart! Thank you Ethan, you rock!

…oops she did it again..VICTORIA never fails us. Elvis our rescue Aussiedoodle was in need of a shave down! The long and fluffy typical doodle cut is hard to keep up -with our very active pup. I always let groomer Victoria pick whatever she thinks will work. The teddy bear face cut is precious until it grows out. This time with a close cut I can see his beautiful eyes. Elvis is styling & profiling with a Mohawk and fur booties!

I was really impressed with how knowledgable the staff was in the fish section. I learned so much, in such a short amount of time about live plants I could add to my tanks. The assistant manager was so professional and courteous when there was an issue with my order I did online, and picked up in store. She quickly made an offer to correct the error.

Very nice staff. Never had a problem with my online pick up orders.
