This is my third year going to file for my pfd and the staff there are so helpful.

Absolutely impossible to get through on the phone. Puts on a loop and then hangs up on you. A zero, no stars. Our checks did not arrive, but the online service said they were sent out. We can't get through to a person. We don't live in a town with a physical office. This is extremely upsetting.

I wouldn't have an issue with this office if it were open for decent hours, 10a.m.-4p.m, Mon-Fri, when the average work week is 9a.m.-5p.m. Mon-Fri. how is this acceptable? an important place is only open while most people are at work. how are they supposed to get there without taking an entire day off work?

The staff at the PFD OFFICE is there to help... That's what they did for me.. Justbe prepared to wait for a while....

Ridiculous that a person cannot be spoken to when questions can't be answered on website. Thier phone system won't allow you to hold for a person, it just loops around the queue.
