I noticed they had Hawaiian heirloom bangles in the window. I own a couple already but was curious if my hand size had grown because I have put on weight. I asked the clerk if she could measure my hand and tell me what bangle size I wore and she said “you need to go to a store that sells bangles and ask them“ and I said, “aren’t you a store and don’t you sell bangles?“ And she said “yes but you haven’t even looked at our bangles so why should I measure you” and I said “well I was going to look, but I’m curious what size I wear”. I said “Am I understanding you correctly you will not measure my hand unless I choose a bangle first”? And she said yes and I said “sorry, you make me not want to shop here” and walked out. UGH she put out such a snooty negative vibe. This was on January 19, 2022 at about noon. Update: I really appreciate the store reaching out to me, however I live in Oregon and probably won't be back until next year. Please re-educate your staff on how to provide an excellent customer experience. Thank you.

My Mother-in-law had Philip Rickard make 4 rings to replicate a ring she bought in Hawaii 50 years ago. When they arrived we saw that they are absolutely stunning and fantastic quality. Gosia is top of the line for customer service and I look forward to visiting the store the next time I visit Honolulu.
