Rolex Boutique Waikiki

Kevin is a wizard he made magic happen. My son went in looking for his first time piece some time ago as a birthday gift. I was going to split the cost of it with my son. After some time Kevin was able to deliver his dream watch! I would recommend this boutique to anyone who is in the market for a timepiece. Yes, Kevin is wonderful, but so is all the staff. As you walk in you feel welcomed and not out of placelike how other luxury places make you feel. I overheard a few interactions other sales persons had with other guests and everyone was kind and genuine. My family and I will definitely be back to visit this boutique and specifically look for Kevin.

I visited the Rolex boutique on my first day of the trip Feb 15, I was greeted by the security and met Yuki. She was extremely patient, and helpful in allowing my wife and I to try on the exhibition watches. Though, there was nothing available for purchase, I told Yuki I would be here for 6 more days, she took my information and let me know that she would be in touch if anything came in. Regardless if she calls, Yuki made the experience comfortable. I will surely return here and recommend this Rolex boutique! Batman pictured belongs to me, the other two were on exhibition

I visited this Rolex boutique on my first day and was greeted by Dustin. He provided excellent service and took my information down. I was able to try on a few exhibition models but unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase a watch. My experience in this boutique was pleasant because of the great staff.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a Rolex AD in the past few years. Like most other stores just about everything is sold out. However, unlike other stores the staff doesn’t use the current market to look down on customers or walk-in traffic. Everyone in the store was so kind and was happy to chit chat about Rolex and show any exhibition models that you wanted to see. I worked with Yuki, who is absolutely fantastic. She found my dream watch and presented it in the most charming way. I was taken aback by how kind and thoughtful she was. I will definitely be back, even just to say hello because it’s that good of an experience. I wish all ADs and Rolex sales specialists were like Yuki and the rest of the staff at Tourneau Rolex Waikiki.

I have been trying to purchase a Rolex watch for over 4 years now. I was shopping at Ben Bridge Jewelers in the Ala Moana mall in Honolulu. I spoke with multiple salespeople there and was put on multiple "wait lists". Nancy at Ben Bridge never remembered me even though I would stop by every other week to check on status. She would repeatedly take me to jewelry or womans watch's and tell me that if I purchased other items from them, it would help me move up the "wait list". How disheartening.... Pure sales tactics at Ben Bridge, they make getting a Rolex seem impossible. 4 years I waited, and I doubt I was even on a wait list at all. They never respected me or my time and treated me like a no body. However, at Rolex Boutique Tourneau @ International Marketplace in Waikiki I was given solid facts and felt as if my sales associate Dustin truly wanted me to have a Rolex. After sharing my story of waiting almost 5 years, and never even had a chance to own a Rolex, Dustin told me he would do everything he could to get me the watch I wanted. He said I may have to wait but it would happen. Talking with Dustin was a completely different experience. I believed he would put me on a wait list and my hope returned. Wouldn't you know it I waited less then 3 months.... YES less then 3 months and I received a text from Dustin. I was in Kona at the time but told Dustin I would be able to make it before they closed that day. When I returned to Tourneau this was only my second visit, I was greeted by friendly staff. Dustin took his time to make sure this is the watch I wanted, no rush and no pressure to buy. I was given no FOMO no pressure no sales tactics. They truly were more interested that I was happy, and it was a good experience for me. Dustin fitted the watch. He showed me how to adjust the watch. All questions or concerns answered. Afterwards the entire staff greeted me and congratulated me. For them this is a normal experience, and relatively quick one as to the wait time. For me this was a half-decade of frustration and bleakness - in turn followed by a short wait and remarkable experience thanks to Rolex Boutique Tourneau. To Dustin, Lawarence and George - I thank you for your efforts and for making this experience a true redemption story. I honestly could not have been happier then with my experience at the Rolex Boutique Tourneau at International Marketplace in Waikiki, HI.

I’m happy to be the 100th Google review for this amazing store. The search for my grail watch has been a long and arduous quest to say the least. I’ve visited several stores and placed my name on many “waitlists,” but I could have saved so much time and heartache if I began my journey at the Rolex Boutique Tourneau at the International Marketplace Waikiki. Before I begin I want to give a shout out to Yuki Balunso. She’s an amazing person who made me feel like family and not just another name buried in a mountain of waitlists. She fought to get me my grail watch, the Yachtmaster 42 in white gold on the oysterflex bracelet, and I highly recommend her and Rolex Tourneau. If you want a Rolex and don’t like to read, just go walk in to the boutique and ask for Yuki. Trust me you won’t regret it. I moved to the island in Jan 2021, and since that time I’ve been to multiple ADs, mainly Ben Bridge at Ala Moana. My experiences at Timeworks Ben Bridge ranged from pleasant to extremely annoyed depending on who I spoke to. Every time I’d visit they had me fill out a card and told me that it would be at least 6 months to a year. Some sales people Ben Bridge would also try and get me to buy other items and said that they’d prioritize me if I bought something else, which I did on Christmas when I bought my wife a set of diamond earrings. I thought that would be enough, but come to find out they’d prioritize those who buy other less desired watches. Why would I buy a watch that I won’t love? Timepieces are very personal and sentimental. Fast forward to Sunday May 1, 2022, my wife and I were in Waikiki and we came across the Rolex Tourneau Boutique and decided to walk in. Immediately, I was greeted warmly by Yuki Balunso. She patiently answered all my questions and was genuinely interested in our story. I’m an active duty Army Officer with 18 years of service. My wife and I got married in December 2021, and she wanted to buy me something that I’d never buy for myself. She knew that I secretly was lusting after the Yachtmaster 42 in White Gold, and told me she wanted to buy it for me. Lucky me : haha. Anyway, after talking to Yuki and expressing that we were ready to purchase the watch whenever one came in stock, she took down our information and said that she’d call my wife once it arrived. She said that it would probably be a few months, which was to be expected. I walked out of that store feeling good and hopeful. A few days later on May 5th, when I was at work I got a text from Yuki saying she had a few questions for my wife. So I called my wife and told her to contact Yuki. Minutes later my wife called me very excitedly and told me the watch had arrived!! We’re both at work and we cut out early to head down to Waikiki. Once we arrived, Yuki and the manager greeted us and congratulated us on the watch. She took us to the seating area and offered us bottled water and chocolate. We really felt like VIPs. After a few moments she brought out the box and placed it in front of me. I took my time opening the box and taking it all in. The watch was perfect and everything I dreamed of. I can’t say enough about amazing the entire experience was. I thought it would be a few months before I got the watch. I had no idea that I would be walking out of the store with the my grail watch 4 days after my initial visit. Thank you to Yuki and the entire Rolex Tourneau team. You made me and my wife very happy, and I will definitely be going to your store for any of my future purchases. Mahalo!

Yuki makes it happen! I want to thank Yuki so much for the amazing experience at Rolex Tourneau. I never thought I would ever be able to own a Rolex, let alone the model I actually wanted. To be completely honest, I was too intimidated to even step foot in the boutique. That all changed once I met with Yuki. She made me feel like I belonged there and took her time letting me try on different timepieces. After about a half hour of chatting and drooling over exhibition models, She took down my info and I left feeling great about the experience. Over the next few months, I visited the store from time to time to say hello, and Yuki was always available to chat. Then I received the text of a lifetime. I rushed to the store and there waiting for me was Yuki with my dream watch. She made it happen! I can’t thank her enough for such an amazing experience. Wonderful experience here with my husband. The staff here were all so friendly and welcoming. We worked with Yuki and she was very patience and kind. She took her time with us and didn’t rush us. It was a amazing experience.

I visited the boutique a few days ago during vacation and was greeted by George, although there was no inventory, George was a nice guy and we had a nice chat about different Rolex models. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I tried on a few pieces with him and the service he provided was top notch and professional. Be patient is very important if you are a Rolex lover to wait the magic happens. Overall it was a great experience and can't wait to build up my future profile from them!

Yuki is by far the most professional and friendliest in the business! I’ve been purchasing luxury watches for years and never received this type of service at Ben Bridge, the whole experience at Torneau was awesome, they made me feel special and treated me like I was a superstar! The manager even came out to congratulate my new watch and offered me bottled water! I would definitely recommend Yuki and her staff to anyone that expects quality service!
