Got the MVP which tasted great! Sadly, as most Phillys do, the bread fell apart shortly after I started eating and all the filling fell out. The meat may have been a little over salted but that's just my own preference. The food was prepared pretty quickly roughly 10-15 mins and I went at prime lunch time noon on a Sunday. Overall I would come back here again to try another cheesesteak. That aside like all the other restaurants within the collective, they only take card so don't come up trying to pay with cash.
Note that Phill Me Up is inside of the Collective building and has no exterior signage to indicate it. The food and the atmosphere were great, but the time to prepare my order was a bit of a letdown. Despite not being very busy at the time, it still took over 20 minutes to actually have the food ready. Certainly worth eating at as long as the Collective is your destination, which it definitely should be - getting your food to go from such a fresh and unique food court location would be a waste.
The collective is adorable but the food was very disappointing. It tasted like they didn’t season the meat. Very plain. Would not recommend or eat again.
Took about 15 minutes to get the food. The cheesesteak was bland and really disappointing. The fries were ok. 1 meal with drink was about $18. Overall, not worth it
Service was prompt. Easy to order and food was delicious. Philly Cheesesteak with Chipotle and another with cheese wiz, both great. Fries were done perfectly with the right amount of crunch.
Didn't even make it to the food, barely made a call when someone who couldn't speak English fluently answered and told me to hold and hung up on me.... I just wanted to see if there was a wheat free bun option before driving that far. Sadly when I called back, she just hung up after saying she didn't understand . If this is the service, then I am not even sure I want to try the food.
Ate at the Collective tonight and tried Phill Me Up Cheesesteak. I had the steak tacos and my boyfriend had the Chipotle Philly. They both were AMAZING! Definitely will be back! If you haven’t yet, you should try it out you won’t be disappointed!
Best steaks outside Philly. Highly recommend. Come, all ye carnivores and know satisfaction.
The Philly Cheesesteak was very salty. I meant to order the chicken Philly, but hit the wrong option. Not sure if they can adjust the salt, but anyone ordering this option may want to ask them to not season it and just season it yourself. It ruined the sandwich and I add salt to everything, but the salt they added was too much for me.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
LOVE the chicken tacos!!!! Used to come to my work when it was a food truck and now that there’s a location I try to go when I can! Only downside is that it is downtown with a lot of traffic in a busy area. Probably good for business because there are a lot of people who can walk, but if you plan on driving I think one of the best times is right when it opens 11 for lunch!
