This is the place to be. What can I say about the Philly Soft Pretzel Factory? It has the most awesome pretzels. We stop by maybe three times a week and pick up a small order. My favorite is the five small pretzels for $3.75. Just perfect for snacking. I feel sorry for those folks who don't have access to such a delicious snack . Wheelchair accessibility: It's located on the first floor.

Philly Pretzel Factory is my go-to spot for delicious and affordable pretzels. always ask for the fresh ones because, trust me, they're even better! The variety of dips and options available make every visit exciting. From classic salted pretzels to unique flavors, there's something for everyone. They've mastered the art of delivering fantastic taste at a great value. The only thing that is lacking is the service. Not the best, but not the worst.

Not sure if they need to check the math, but 25 pretzels and a jar of mustard for $20? Yes, please! Locally owned for more than 2 decades and going strong…Food: 5/5

I love the idea of philly cheesesteak inside a soft pretzel. The steak was very tender, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, and very tasty. The pretzel was warm, soft and freshly made. However, I find the serving a little bit too small. I expected to have a bigger serving. I will definitely be back when I visit Philly again!

Ordered online for a specific time and order wasn’t even prepared yet. They just started on the order and worked the dough and finally put the dough into the over 15 minutes after the order completion time.Food: 2/5

First time at this location and at the Philadelphia pretzel factory overall. Service was quick, efficient, and no frills. Walk up to the counter, order, pay, you’re on your way. It happened to be national Hotdogog Day and I decided to try a pretzel dog. I’ll say it wasn’t great but attribute that to the fact that they made so many in preparation for it being busy due to the fact that they were a dollar apiece. I’ll probably give it another chance at some point in the future. I hear there pretzels are great and can’t wait to try one.

The black girl with the braids is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in this location. Location 16th and sansom. Horrible service. Tried to give me old pretzels. Tone and attitude is horrible. I’ve been going to this location for over 2 years…I will not be returning because of her.
