Help me understand why this location is closed on weekend. It's summer the busiest time of the year and y'all closed????

Saturday 4pm, walked extra few blocks, closed. I'm a local, but the start tourist season / spring break on a 78 degree April day and they are closed?! Wonder what the thought process is.
