Good experience. Could be a little more nicer and friendlier. But the pretzels be so good tho!!

Great pretzels! I'm from Philadelphia, but live in Chicago. This is one of our first stops when returning to the area. We took a 50 pack home. Friends loved them.

If you like ignorant employees, trash service and buying food at filthy places, look no further! It's a shame they're representing this brand because I've been to dozens of pretzel factories and this is the only location I've ever had a bad experience.
