The owner and the staff are really helpful. I lost my bag and they were enthusiastic to help out. Great service with warm heart and the food was amazing too. 5 star no doubt, will definitely revisit next time we are in Denver

Just threw out most of a three entree order. We ate here several times a few years ago and it was good, but has steadily declined. This experience was the worst. The food wasn't even edible, and we aren't terribly picky. The sesame chicken must have been made days ago. What I initially thought was the crispy breading was the dried out husk of the chicken. The sauce had no flavor, just a sweetish jelled goo. The coconut chicken was just as awful. Dry, flavorless, an abundance of rice carrots and celery. Nasty. Even the sweet and sour soup tasted off and I sincerely hope I don't get sick from eating it. Terrible.

If you are vegetarian, do not order the veggie pho - they still use beef broth for the base even if they say its not. An employee told me. I like eating here but it's always filthy. However this will be my last time dining here. The food is never consistent (different portions and ingredients) and right now it tastes incredibly bland. Plus they just started serving boba and it isn't even fresh. Its old. I can see they're using wilted veggies in my soup too. I'm pretty pissed.

I called and asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on. I called back and asked who I was speaking to and was denied a name and questioned why. When I stated because I was hung up on when trying to place an order the guy said, " I am the manager, you did not answer me." Which is a complete lie! Good thing there are other places in Denver to order lunch time Pho for the whole office from! Some places just hire anyone to run their business, if he was the manager, which I'm guessing by previous reviews, same guy and he is. Won't happen again. Don't waste your time or money at this place!

I assume the other food is good, but the Spicy Chicken Pho is so good I can't bring myself to order anything else.
