Eh. Flowers are fine, price was high. I left directions in my order to deliver as late in the evening as possible because both me, and the recipient work during the day and the story's policy is to not leave them on the doorstep. They called me at 1:30 saying the recipient wasnt home and there would need to be other arrangements made to pick up flowers plus covid time changes, but that's not the shops fault they DID redeliver the flowers, and I greatly appreciate them bending the 'no door stop deliveries' for me when I complained.

We sent my daughter flowers for her birthday. When they arrived they were gorgeous, beautiful white roses with pink lilies. Her boyfriend also sent her flowers from Acacia flower shops, they were equally gorgeous! As the days went on her lilies from the boyfriend started to bloom and blossom our lilies were blooming a little bit but the roses were dying. By the end of the week they were dead I have pictures and it was the same environment, both were lilies and roses but we still have his bouquet on the counter and the one we sent is long gone in the trash. It's a shame because they were beautiful, and they cost a small fortune to only last for five days. We won't be using them again.

Date: September 23.2022 10am. Advanced in years man, delivered flower our home,he pressed the bell button,he knocked on the door,thereafter he try to take down the security camera,all this within a one minute! He succeeded!This camera not vandal proof. We are small care home..BE MORE PATIENT!

Amazing service! I wish I remembered the designers name that I worked with...she created the most beautiful arrangements for my sisters service. She was so caring and took the time to help me create beautiful arrangements within our budget.

I just had flowers delivered to a family member by Phoenix Flowers. I am not from the area so I didn’t know what to expect. The shop was able to deliver the flowers with 1-day notice & the delivery person called me immediately after delivery to let me know that the recipient did not come to the door right away. I was able to coordinate so that they received them soon after. The flowers are absolutely beautiful, the delivery was flawless, and the service was top notch. Some of the best flowers I’ve ever seen & the pricing is reasonable - especially given the delivery!

I initially ordered flowers from 1800Flowers and they ruined my order, never got the delivery on Valentine’s Day and customer care was terrible. I was on hold for 30 minutes. So I gave up on that and call this store. Kristen answered the call and was super nice took my order over the phone with no hassle. She was very helpful and friendly and less than 2 hours later the flowers were delivered. This experience taught me the value of local businesses and I am never going anywhere else for flowers. Thank you guys for a wonderful service and saving my butt last minute.

I visited this shop today, and I have an amazing day! They accommodated my request appropriately. Perhaps, they knew how to choose the perfect flowers that would suit the desire and satisfaction of my girlfriend. Without their help, I could never make our 1st anniversary so special and romantic. I would surely come again and again to buy a bouquet that was a great way of making my girl happy. Thank you so much!
