Phoenix Inn

The staff understands what a person needs and where they're coming from. So far, they have followed through to meet my individual necessities.

No towels in room. Didn't have any at front desk either. I booked and paid for a smoking room and was put in a non smoking room that was dirty. The elevator was vandalized and left in disrepair. No remotes available for the TV.

Abosolutly horrible. I would not let my worst enemy stay there. The bathtub didn't drain after I used the shower. The bed was lumpy and should be donated to the Phoenix dump. Terrible!

Just a heads up. All the past reviews are for when this place was a Motel 6. They're now "Phoenix Inn."

This place is very very poor. NOTHING like the pics online at all. The place is filthy, if I could give a negative 5 star I would!! People hanging out all over the property, even sitting on the steps smoking heroine on the steps. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Is it true it's a covid-19 maricopa county quarantine center

This place was decent, lots of regulars living there but nice people, staff was fast to process my info and give me a room last minute... Definitely a 1 or 2 start hotel die to the grind and dirt on the walls and floors, but giving it 5 starts because I expected that and the service was overall fine
