Excellent customer service from the time I walked in to the time I got my final dress with alterations! I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I was given updates via phone and even some concerns about the dress I was ordering. They offered alterations and accessories for the entire event. I was very happy with my customer experience end to end. Thank you! The dress was well made with high quality.

I don't recommend fotografia medina. No responsable people. They took pictures to our family. I paid for the package this happens beginning of November now is December and I don't get mi pictures yet.

I had the worst experience. Long story short..... paid 5,000 for pictures and footage of a wedding and next thing you know, somehow I'm getting a refund because some odd reason the video wasn't found in their data. Really sad and annoying, yes I'm upset but the worst thing is that now after waiting over 4 months we never received our footage of the wedding. Very unprofessional and annoying. We offered them hospitality and food in our wedding and make them feel welcomed. After all this is what we got in return. A refund and a sorry. Thanks!!!!

Attendants not too polite. They don't know what kind of photo are for USCIS. And the lady didn't give my photos, because the system was slow. She told come back the next day.
