An in person pm appointment with your primary care is no longer available. Your "health team" does not follow through. God forbid you need pain medication! I felt scrutinized by"my team" Perhaps if i had a white last name.. After 20 years i have to chance PCP because the level of service has gotten so bad I'm afraid it's old McDonald's farm now; a QUACK QUACK HERE AND A QUACK QUACK THERE.
One of the best group of doctors and professionals staff. 30+ years later I'm still a healthy and happy patient.
