Making the appointment was easy. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. The therapist, Hannah, is the best. Very caring and friendly. She takes the time to explain things. She seems to really care about helping me feel better.

all the staff are freindly and knowledgeable. i can see they care about their patients. it is very warm in there though wearing the mask makes it harder. parking is a premium but that isnt their fault.

This is my second injury that left me needing physical therapy. I returned to NovaCare because it was helpful last time. The care I've been getting over the last few weeks is even better hence my rating going from 4 to 5 stars. Katie and Ann have been great to work with. In addition, the whole staff is friendly.

She helped my newborn who had neck torticollis, was very compassionate & patient with us. I'm so glad we found this place!

So far I’ve had a very good experience Hannah takes her time with explaining what she wants me to do and she doesn’t over work me and allows me to take breaks if I need them so so far I’ve had a great experience working with the entire staff

The staff has helped me immensely. When I went there with a broken shoulder I couldn’t move my arm. Now it’s working pretty good. I had three visits a week. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I’ve even recommended this place to someone.
