We arrived early and the staff let us check in early. Everyone there was friendly and efficient. I have always had a good experience there. The young lady that did out Vitals and COVID-19 test was very informative and thorough.

This was my first time going to this location and we will absolutely be coming there for all our medical needs that aren’t an emergency. Dr. Olayiwola is absolutely amazing and tended to my sons every need. The medical assistant who took my sons vitals and complaints was also amazing, I wish I would have got her name. I recommend this location over the Severna park location, and definitely over patient first and other urgent care facilities. We were also in and out of there within 35-40 min. Id give this place a 10 if I could.
My first time at this urgent care, though they couldn't treat me they were extremely friendly, quick and caring. I will definitely return if me or my daughter need to be seen.
Absolutely loved the doctor. He was super gentle and made sure I wasn't in too much pain. Not to crowded, was in and out. Great experience
Just a note for the front desk, if a patient check-in and their registration is incomplete be sure to let them know so that they are not sitting there unaware that their registration has not been completed. Overall experience was good.
Be prepared to wait a long time, wait times are just as bad as ER visits if not worse. Super uncomfortable in the waiting area everyone’s together and felt like there’s no AC my kids were burning up. Nurses on cellphones while they check vitals. Overall horrible experience.
First and last time going. The tech or PCA had her air pod in and was talking to whoever she was on the phone with while she was completing paperwork in the exam room with me!!! Not to mention while I was being examined by the doctor she still had her air pod in! I have never experienced this. Completely unprofessional and a violation of HIPPA!! How are you having your air pod in and having a convo while I'm being examined and the doctor is giving explicit instructions to me during the exam?! I'm appaled. Her name is Shapelle by the way! This happened Christmas eve while no manger was there so I'll be calling first thing Monday morning.
Makayla from the front desk needs to be retrained how to speak to people on the phone or needs to be fired. i tried to express my concerns and she was rude , disrespectful, unhelpful, and ghetto. she hung up on me twice. lied about her name and when i asked to speak to a manager she said there’s none and proceeded to hang up again. idk how they are hiring but they’re staff needs to take there jobs seriously and be professional instead of sitting around gossiping all day
Horrible service. Made an appointment and waited nearly two hours with no communication about appointment status. Once seen I was told appointment times aren’t accurate. Then overheard staff mispronounce my name and laugh, saying “it sounds like a Saturday night live name”. Extremely unprofessional. How this place has high reviews I’m not sure. I intentionally chose the place because of the reviews. It’s a lie.
