The service was amazing from start to finish. Had an outpatient surgery here and it was flawless. I felt so comfortable and knew exactly what was going to happen before and after my same-day surgery. Met with all the major players in the room for my surgery and couldn't not have been happier.
I went in for my lab work, CT scan and EKG, the process was smooth, the staff was super friendly and helpful, I also had meetings with the nurse coordinator, social worker, surgeon and with the nephrologist, they all were concerned and polite gave several advices, they also made sure that my each question is entertained in detail.
Doctor Jenell Sheree Coleman is a terrible person when it comes down to helping patients. She is terrible communicating with patients and there problems if you are a doctor you would help all your patients I don't trust her and a lot of people shouldn't, not with there health care
Be extremely careful. They make you sign papers under duress. Get copies of everything. Before you leave they will change document behind or back. They will Psychological pressure or lies about what could happen if you don't sign.
I took my niece her for an appointment and the service and care here is above excellent and all staff was very professional and polite.

Terrible customer service. I got a call from the doctor I was going to see the day before my scheduled appointment and they asked me if I could come in an hour earlier. I thought that was strange but I agreed. Then they called me the day of the appointment and told me they don't take my insurance. I tried to explain that they do, it's just under a different system, but the nurse or clerk or whoever answers the phone was very rude and said "Look, I don't know what you're saying, so I'm just going to cancel your appointment." I don't like to write reviews that are negative but this is the worst service I have ever received from any hospital.
Absolutely the worst possible experience. The staff can’t be bothered to put down their phones and when they do you get misleading, inaccurate, and contradictory information. I have no idea how they can be ranked number 3 in the nation. They are either being judged by their old reputation or the other hospitals around the nation are dumpster fires. Horrible. We were give 3 different times for the same procedure all in the same day. Totally amateur from start to finish. Who thought it was a good idea to put a guy with a debilitating stutter at the front desk. I felt so bad the it was almost criminal. The whole place should be revamped from top to bottom. Leadership has failed.
Amazing service and Doctors without peers. They have treated me for over 5 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I travel over 1000 miles to go here. And, it is worth it. God bless this staff and doctors. The neurology department sees over 300 people a day. But, every time I have been there, I have felt like I was the most important person they saw that day. They remember me, the details of my treatment, the details of my family life, and are looking for ways to make my visit better. I can't say enough about Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center and the Neurology Department. Truly amazing.
Had an appointment today ppl at the front desk on the 6th floor of THE WOMAN'S CLINIC was very helpful and cheerful with a smile. My doctor Dr. Beavis is very professional and any questions I had she answered and takes her time with her patients.
