The obgyn appointment was great. Excellent doctor and nurses 2/10/23 @ 550pm. Next the doctor wanted me to go over to the laboratory and get some blood work a full panel I guess. I get over there and the lady look at my information and tell me oh no we don't have time to do all of this because its almost 5 o'clock . Like what type of Phlebotomy technician says that. Even if it is almost your time to go i was still here before it was closed. She was very rude and inconsiderate. Its not like there was a 15 people ready to be seen at the last minute. So I was unable to get my panel done and will not ever get lab work done at this location ever since the people who are supposed to be there to help you are so in a rush.

Courtney, the phlebotemist in the lab did a “touch less” blood draw - didn’t feel a thing - and her friendliness was also a kindness that made the visit pleasant. And - hardly any wait. Thanks!

Dana was super!!! She was extremely patient and walked me through everything I was going to get done today. I’m normally terrified of needles but Dana was a great support and helped to keep me calm. Thank you so much Dana.

I continuously recommend Kaiser to family, friends and whomever ask because they are always professional, courteous and beyond helpful whether it is the pharmacy staff, my PCP or my specialists.

Dr. Wilson was amazing! He had a GREAT bedside manner with our little guy. We really appreciated his patience and thoroughness in explaining things. Highly recommend seeking out his services. The pharmacy was tremendous too!! -Jocelyn

From the staffs and nurses that addressed me as I walk in each time for my appointments, to my doctor, I had a great experience with my gynecologist, Dr Paul Paetow. He really made my experience at Kaiser very easy, putting so much effort during my surgery and after. I’ll recommend Kaiser to everyone. Thanks guys for a fabulous time.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gaskin for years now. She has cared for me through three pregnancies and delivered 2 of my babies. She provides high quality care and she is awesome. Dr. Gaskin's communication is top notch, because communication is very important to me. She is very knowledgeable and answers any questions or concerns that I have. She is very personable, caring, and transparent. The OB/GYN staff is awesome. Can I mention, the nurse Kristen is amazing. And Ms. Phyllis is always warm and welcoming.

The Lab Tech Dana was very comforting. I hate having my blood drew but she was quick and easy.

I love Kaiser the Dr's are phenomenal very knowledgeable and competent. Very fast service no waiting in lines , there is only one fault I find in Kaiser and that is they no longer offer out of network coverage in our area , and Kaiser don't offer every service for instance ,I need a certain test a FRC ,Kaiser doesn't perform the test and I can't go out of network. Medicare won't pay because I have Kaiser Advantage plan , so they no talk to Kaiser and Kaiser says no we can't do it and we can't pay for it . So the test will cost me $980.00 cash out of my pocket. And for that reason and that reason only I gave them 2 stars. Because this practice to be very deceptive to their patients or potential clients so be very aware of what you will get with these advantage plans . If I was Medicare only no problem my test would have been covered at least 80%. So BEWARE
