Towanda Monument Street Referral Coordinator is freaking amazing and getting things done. Shes very professional hard working and efficient. Great customer service. I can always call her without any no problems. And she make sure my referrals are faxed and helps me with my appointments she goes above and beyond without hesitation She's the best coordinator this company ever had

I have been going to Jai Monument location for years. The staff has always been stellar, but I take issue with their gift card program. They send you validation checks in the mail stating gift card issuance on site, after visits, but I have yet to have this happen. If they offer them on site, why would it take several months, after having called, do you have to wait just to receive a validation of address, then months after that before you get your card? I suspect this could be a way to bring in clients. Administration should review this program. You would not want to be accused of unfair business practices. Here’s the update! Today I was hand delivered my gift cards and a sincere apology was given! Thank you guys soo much for listening!!

Had an appointment for 2:40pm, was told to arrive at 2:20pm. Got there at 2:20pm, there was no one at the front door or lobby to assist. Walked around trying to figure out where to go, finally ran into an employee and they pointed me to the right direction. Walked up to the registration window at 2:25pm and I was told I was too late and would have to reschedule. Asked when would the next available appointment be and was told "I don't know." Then she checked and said 3:10pm. After the poor customer service I decided that this was a sign to just walk away and try a different business, decided not to schedule.

I just want to give a special shout out to the nurse ms.Denna in the adult medicine department she really helped and showed that she cared for me love you denna keep up the good work

Customer service was outstanding. She was very attentive and professional. Danea was most helpful at the monument Street location.

Dr Scott is one great doctor he's old school and he saved my life when he found out I had prostrate cancer thank you Dr Scott I will always use you as a doctor nobody better thank you so much

I had my first visit at jai clinic today I was very satisfied with my provider that I seen She-was very helpful and the rest of the staff was very friendly and professional

Jai medical center is the best. Dacia Gladden is always caring and very polite. She is very patient when answering my questions and very helpful making sure that I understand the answers that I ask. Always smiling. I can tell that she is not just working, she cares about the people and what they are going through. Awesome job Ms. Gladden
