The security officer was very knowledgeable when I felt lost in the building. I'm a new patient so it was a great experience. The bathrooms are kept up with freshness. I spoke with my intake specialist and I enjoy the outcome I will receive she was very friendly and listened to my wishes. I'm hoping for a great journey. 1111
I am dissatisfied with customer service and professionalism. It is unacceptable for an appointment that was scheduled 2 months in advance to be canceled due to the physician deciding to be out of the office 2 weeks before my appointment. To make matters worst this appointment was rescheduled by staff close to the beginning of Spring, 2023. Anyone can understand needing a break and I encourage it but it should be the physician's responsibility to find a fair and reasonable accommodation for his/her patients due to requiring to be out of the office. I am completely devastated and disappointed.
The customer service was horrible, zero stars would be a more appropriate rating if google allowed it. I have covid so I called to reschedule my appointment. The receptionist Marie D. answered my call and spoke to me with the nastiest tone. She made rude and condescending comments towards me and was hesitant to give me her name when I asked for it. She even hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. All I wanted was to reschedule my appointment, it didn’t call for that type of behavior from Marie D. or whatever her real name is. Chase Brexton has wonderful providers, but it’s being overshadowed by the unprofessional behaviors exhibited by the receptionists. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd incident I have come across here, but I got a name this time. Chase Brexton needs to address the concerns otherwise they will continue to lose patients. The wait time to speak to a receptionist is also ridiculous, it seems like the company doesn’t have enough receptionists. The negative behaviors are stemming from the receptionists being overworked. DO BETTER CHASE BREXTON
Horrible service every time I come. They not organized at all. They cancel appointments without telling you. Your doctor comes an hour or so after you arrive. No matter how many times you update information they’re not going to update your information. The front desk is argumentative and out right lazy. While sitting in the waiting room I listen to them complain about coworkers.
Worst dental care ever. The staff is often mostly fine and the doctors tend towards obnoxious, over confident and inexperienced, quick to jump to whatever’s easy and not to what is ethically helpful. Good luck keeping your appointments as they select people to double book or to cancel on regularly because the front desk scheduling staff is incompetent and unable to communicate. Three times and n a row now that they double scheduled or the doctors have suddenly taken vacations. Absolutely the worst. One star only because Google makes you choose at least one.
A very clean and spacious and amazing place that offered many medical services. Try he staff are professional and amazing. It's clean. The staff are very helpful. It's been a very informative and positive experience. I hope it will be the same way for you and your family.
I took my children to the Randallstown Chase Brexton. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. I do not feel as though I am being heard durring my childrens doctors exams. It almost feels as though they are just going through the exam to say they did it. My concerns are never addressed, and are quite frankly are dismissed. When scheduling an appointment I have no idea who we have an appointment with, and I am not even told durring the scheduling that I will not be seeing thier regular doctor. Serveral times I have received conflicting information when speaking with a new/ different doctor. When a prescription is written for myself or my children, I make a point to notify the doctor we are seeing that we use Rite Aide pharmacy. Even though I give them the name, address, phone and fax number, I constently receive phone calls from Chase's pharmacy that my prescription is ready for pick -up I have never used thier pharmacy. Then I have to call my pharmacy to ask them to call Chase and get my perscription transferred, slowing down the process of them receiving thier medications. I am extremely dissatisified with the services I have recieved from this practice. If I were ever asked by someone looking for a new provider, I would tell them to avoid Chase Brexton at all costs!!!! The only competent doctor I have ever interacted with is Dr Kimberly Johnson.
Currently sitting in the dental office on the 6th floor customer service is horrible at the receptionist desk ! Update: I came back to get a filling when the numbing went down and I tried to eat it felt like a rock was in my tooth . I called back immediately and I was told the doctor was in a room and would call me back today. I was offered another appointment 2days later.
I have to say that I am not a patient of Chase Brexton but my other half is and we only recieved the run around today and he still wasn't seen after sitting there for close to 2 hrs he was told that someone would reach out to him within 48 hrs, I was a disappointed as he was ,it's like doctor's just don't care anymore,or you would think that they would have a doctor there for situations like his,on the phone they tell you to come in as a walk in ,and once there ,they say there's no doctor available smh,I am convinced that even doctor's are not caring about the patients health
I have been a patient for 40 years. The quality has diminished emensly. I have had many disrespectful staff fired because of how I have been poorly treated and it's sad to think that public funds are being given to an organisation that lacks the willingness to address patient concerns I am leaving after 40 years however I am not done .There are over 700 reviews on this page and I am hoping that some of you do not mind me using some of them in my next plan of action to make Chase Brexton a better place for us all.
