Kennedy Krieger Institute - Outpatient Center

My daughter has been a patient here for about 4 years. We have come for multiple specialists. They have great staff and wonderful specialists. I also have friends who's children have Service here for their children as well.

Great staff! Very warm felt and helpful environment. Spinal cord unit is top of the line. A++++

Excellent evaluations for children with disabilities!

We were referred to KKI by our pediatrician. The intake was kind and helpful. We came down for several evaluations and then OT every week. All the staff is very efficient, thorough and caring. Our son looks forward to his sessions and has benefitted from his time here so much! Thank you!

Nobody answers the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes without someone answering even to say "please hold". I'm calling during normal business hours to schedule a very important appointment and it's practically impossible. Hire more operators or shut it down.
