Piccadilly

Love the food and the atmosphere. If you go right at 11 am there isn't a long wait as they are just opening. The menu changes daily and they do still have their signature dishes.

The food was good, the service was good, except for the waitress who served us. She came and got out trays and barely acknowledged that we were there. Very disappointed, never checked back on our table, had to get our own refills, among other things. Seemed bothered by us but happily serving others. Customers should all be treated equally. After 10+ years in the service industry, I have never seen this poor quality of service.

Had lunch there today with my friend...ordered what I thought was fried catfish , the squash casserole and of course the carrot souffle. My friend had the small hamburger steak, a serving of tuna fish salad and broccoli with rice and the squash souffle.. well, my fish was tough , and returned it for the small hamburger steak. Turns out the fish is imported from Viet Nam and the waitress didnt know the name of it. otherwise, service was excellent and the steak good.

This Piccadilly is a WORLD different than it's South Jackson location. Quality service & excellent flavor every time!

Miss Mr. Gray!!!!! It's just OK now. Need more love in the Food. I go often.
