Piccolina

Came here because I needed their paper bag for decor on my wall. I ended up ordering a bunch of random things. The soup had a lot of flavor and the pasta wasn’t not mushy. THE COOKIES PHENOMENAL! I only got two of the sprinkle ones, but mannn you could eat 20 of these because they taste so good!

We have tried this place a few times. We have tried their pizza with sausage and broccoli rub which was fine. Eggplant parmigiana which would be perfect if it was a little less salty and it was a good portion. Lasagna that tasted good but was salty. Arugula and strawberry salad that was very average.

Great New addition to City Center. Best bread in DC! Bakery & Cafe by day, amazing Italian cafe at night. Same owner and chef as Centrolina, which is just across the alley.

If they have pasta e fagioli as a special definitely order it.

Delicious breakfast with fresh local ingredients. Superb coffee and amazing service.

Amazing food and great drinks. Will definitely return.

I had one of the most flavorful sandwiches I have had in a while at Piccolina. It was the Porchetta Panuozzo with roasted suckling pig, provolone and greens. The sauce and grilled onions create this delight. Staff were very friendly and offered great suggestions. I will return next time I am in DC.
