Our first visit to this new place. I am a pizza snob and I was very impressed. Service spot on. Wings were so flavorful. Pizza was hot, fresh, and so tasty. Restrooms were clean. We will be back soon. Support local!!!Food: 5/5
Really impressed! Outstanding new restaurant design, layout, and artwork. We all liked our main dishes — fettuccine alfredo, carbonara, and linguine with spicy clams. I had the linguine and loved it, a unique twist, less rich and maybe a bit of lemon…whatever the twist, one of the best versions of this dish I have had. Service was exceptional: we were quickly welcomed and seated; we could not have asked for more from our server,; and it was notable that the chef stopped by to check on us. Highly recommend the innovative and well-executed Provolino Martini. The Fernet finish was classic. Can’t wait to get back and try more.
As a long time fan of Piccolo's, it's hard not to compare Provolino to their predecessor. That said, I think the spirit of the former is still evident in the interior that is largely the same and brighter. I tried their Meat Me on Monaco pizza and it was outstanding. The rest of my group ordered other pizzas, a family style house salad, wings, fries and desserts. Everyone was happy with their order. The staff was great - welcome greeting by the hostess and an attentive wait staff. This is a young restaurant with room to grow. I hope they are around for a long time to come and enjoy the same support from the neighborhood that the other place did.
Unbelievable pizza and gnocchis! Do yourself a favor and grab the Caleb's Midnight Delight pizza white pie with chili oil and the birthday cake cannolis, its an adventure for your tastebudsFood: 5/5
Tonight was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! Our bartender, Eloise, was so fun and made me an amazing paper plane. The calamari, fire. The pizza, honestly the best I've had in so long because I have a lot of trouble finding great pizza in Denver. Dessert was amazing and I will definitely be back!Food: 5/5
I’ve been here twice now and both times were excellent. Great atmosphere, great pizza and salad, and great service. This neighborhood is really lacking in quality restaurants and pizza so I hope they can stay around for a long time. I want to try some of the other dishes but the pizza and salad are so good. They have good lunch specials too.
Taking the place of a Denver icon Piccolo's is not easy. I like the new look. Floor tile is a nice touch, shorter dividers open it up, the bar is significantly upgraded. Food was decent but found the prices a little high. 2 people, split 1 salad, 1 drink, 1 GF pizza, and 1 chicken dish was $90 including tax and tip. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
Our first time to Provolone's. The food was very good quality, large portion sizes for what seemed to be a fair price. Their happy hour menu looked like a real deal. Kids meals were $9 but were large and included a drink. Both took extra home for leftovers. The vegetable side was attractive and looked delicious. I tasted the kids meal pizza and the crust was great. This will again be our take out pizza place since Piccolo's closed.
A fabulous update to this local favorite. Staff and owners are warm and charming. The kitchen team makes amazing food. The melon / prosciutto and calamari apps were a great start. The traditional Caleb pizza we added sausage was amazing and we also tried the gluten free crust and we couldn't believe how tasty it was. Food: 5/5
The people are so much fun and the food is absolutely delicious. If you don't have the almond cake, then you don't know what you're missingFood: 5/5
