I’ve been driving past this place for years and I honestly did not know how to get to the drive-through and I finally figured it out. : I told person in the drive-through who I am assuming was probably the owner to surprise me. He gave me a meat lovers pizza slice along with the Mediterranean slice. Both of them were absolutely delicious. He also gave me a free cake ball in case I did not like his choices. This is definitely a thin New York style pizza, And probably the best I’ve had in Denver so far. Major chains tend to be really greasy and flavorless and floppy. This pizza was not greasy at all, And the crust still had an amazing crunch when you bit into it that was very flavorful. The sauce As other people have commented is perfectly balanced not too sweet, and the perfect amount. The ratios of the toppings were perfect. Two slices of pizza and a drink for under seven dollars is a great deal! This side of town was really missing something like this and I’m so glad to finally try it! The cake ball also is worth trying. It was not dry it out like something you would have at Starbucks. It literally was like having a piece of cake in a ball. Very rich, moist, And a great balance between the cake and frosting ratio. I will absolutely be returning!
As a New Yorker, this pizza offended me. I haven't been this let down by pizza since Chuck E Cheese at Timmy Wilson's birthday in '97. This pizza was cold, it had no sauce and was thinner than my patience. Don't even get me started on the crust, crust what crust!? Literally there was no crust. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day has been ruined. Will not return. Drive through was convenient though
I was craving a normal cheese pizza today and driven by this place a ton but never stopped in. it was really good exactly what I was hoping for. The pizza is thin new york style cheese and the sauce was great too. What I will say though is that their website is horrible they really need to update it, not being able to order online to pick up or even offering like delivery through door dash or uber eats I think is a big revenue miss for them. If the owner reads this its really easy to make your own professional website I recommend a pluigin called DIVI. Anyways keep making the great pizza thanks!
Best in Denver? Nah. Sorry. There is some scarily good pizza to be found if you are willing to drive 20 minutes or over to get to it. But the best within a 10 minute drive of this location? Easily, yes. You pay more than you would at Dominos. But in exchange for the premium, nice people give you real food -- as opposed to some industrial assembly line product. Getting to the place is annoying. It's kind of in the back of other businesses. I hope they got a great deal on their lease and I want to slap the architect who designed the layout of those buildings. I'm not blaming the owners. The realities of real estate are bitter. I'm just saying keep your eyes peeled and drive carefully when you go there. And, yes, you probably should go.
We've been driving by this place for so long and finally decided to give it a try on our way home from work today. Took a bit to turn into the right entrance, but once we got to the window, everything was positive! The guy at the window was super friendly and courteous. We got 3 2-slice-and-a-drink meals and ate them at home. The pizza is sooooooo tasty! Super thin crust, flavorful ingredients, tasty toppings pepperoni and Hawaiian and great service! We will be back!
This place is wonderful! I ended up walking through the drive thru because I was without a car and I had such a wonderful conversation with Steve who I am assuming is the owner! It’s so important to support family owned and family run businesses, and especially a family business like this one that has done their best to keep their prices reasonable. The pizza is great and the customer service is awesome. I don’t live close by but I will be coming here every time I am in the area! Thanks again Steve for being so kind and for making my day :
It was good. We were on our way out of town and looking for pizza. We tried to go in and had to get back in the car and drive around to the drive throw. It would have been much better if we could have seen an menu. We would have spent more money and probably gotten better food. We got the combo and it was nothing special.
What a great find. I think the happiest people on earth work here. Two slices and a soda for under $10! It doesn't hurt that the pizza is great too! Just pull up, tell them what you want on your slices and out it comes. Thank you for being there.
Slices Pizza is the best pizza! I use to go all the time, and the amazing staff was always kind, caring and the food was outstanding. I moved away, and haven't been able to enjoy their delightful pizza or chocolate dipped cake ball for a long time. But my brother brought me a pizza well, a few slices, he can't resist their pizza either and just the box made me giddy. It's just as good as I remember though had the be heated up, as I now live in Colorado Springs. So if your looking for an unbeatable pizza or just a couple of yummy slices, along with great guys who care about their food and customers, Slices Pizza is the place to go!!! I LOVE SLICES PIZZA!!!!
Hands down, the BEST pie in Denver. The crust is insanely thin, but still substantial and really tasty. The sauce is fresh, cheese is fresh, you can feel the love! True to their roots, and really damn good at it. Simple menu, but wow...what a treat! 100% recommend this place any and all pizza fans, young and old! Support local small businesses! Get the best pie in Denver! It's a win-win!
