Lots of things to love about this place. Good looking cocktails. Interesting food. House made soups. My sandwich was a bit dull probably because I don’t eat cheese and turkey is not exactly exciting so I should have asked for some pepper or hot sauce. They were very generous with the bacon and it was crisp. The space is really pretty on the inside. Service was good. They apparently show movies at night. Just as charming as it can be.
This place is really special. I love the decor and tables and the flatware. The food is presented beautifully.the cocktails are fun and delicious. A mixture of classics and new inventions. The cocktail I ordered came with cotton candy that was tangy and not too sweet. My server was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The carrot salad was especially goo because it had a lot of different textures all in one bite.
Chic vibe and friendly service. Average cocktails but were not very boozy for an $11 gin and tonic. Loved the idea of a duck fat candle but ultimately was just messy. Charcuterie and cheese board were decent but only included one kind of cheese which seemed like white cheddar?.
One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Cook asked if I was holding wine bottle for “memories” as I helped her clear table off while she brought out charcuterie board, which was the only good food we had all night. My drink was served in a cool pineapple but with dried /rotting garnish. Waitress was new and there when we didn’t need her and gone when we did. My dish tasted to be straight from a can——the bolognese. Mega salty. Will never come back here; would never recommend to friends. They’ve obviously lost all their good help and I’m betting they’ll be closed in a few months. Table needed a shim right as we sat down and they had a bucket of them. We we’re the only table there for the last hour and a half.
Beautiful location and amazing food. Honestly the best grilled cheese I have ever had. Staff are very friendly and helpful
Very unique feel. I had the soup and half sandwich. Tuna. Closest in picture.
This chic nook is the perfect spot for a date, ladie's night, or an elevated cocktail experience. Nestled in a cozy space with neo-classical decor and pillowy booths seriously, Picnic's atmosphere is quirky but comfortable - the type of place you just want to stay and take in. The drink menu is original and sophisticated, and perfectly paired with eclectic glassware that is as exciting to behold as the libations are to taste. A well-focused menu inspired by luncheon favorites includes generous charcuterie, rustic polenta, and an edible liver mousse candle among other perfected small plates. Stop in at happy hour for $2 off cocktails, or come in the evening for a candelit film-noir experience. Did I mention the black-and-white talkies always running on the wall by the bar? Picnic is a must-try, must-try-again treasure. Check it out!
First time here and won't by our last. Had sandwiches and salad for lunch roast beef, grinder, thick cut turkey and bacon we're all great. Interior is fantastic!
Delicious food and amazing service!!! I would highly recommend coming!
Great little cocktail bar, I really enjoy the atmosphere. Not a large beer or wine selection, it really is primarily cocktails.
