UPS store has never let me down and is only shipping method I use. Customer service is excellent and shipping charges are surprisingly low and packages always arrive on time and in good shape. Thank you UPS.

I love going here, but some of the workers push you WAY to much to buy something.  I went here today and was about to buy something but it would have benefited me to wait a week before buy the items because it would save me about 60 bucks.The associate that assisted me with deciding the products became very distinct and unfriendly when I had told her that I would come back to get the product. She was EXTREMELY friendly when I was deciding on buying the product at first. So I guess you only get treated kindly if you purchase something.

Usually can find all kinds of interesting items, but not this trip.  Not sure if down sizing or just low on stock.  Kind of let down that there was not much.  If  I wanted to order online, why would I go to the store.  Was also hard to get some help.

We have spent several hundreds of dollars in this and other Pier 1 stores in Louisville and Frankfort. Always fun to visit and check out new items, and staff have been helpful and friendly. Products are priced high.

I love this store! If things weren't quite so expensive I would do a lot more shopping there. I went in the other day to get Christmas things for kis, but they no longer carry all the cool things they used to carry for kids at Christmas.

While there are many unique items to be found at Pier 1, most are overpriced by any reasonable standard. Even sale prices don't offer enough of a discount for what you get, in my opinion.

For a good part of my life I settled for Pier 2, seemed to meet my needs and why walk the extra blocks to get to Pier 1, right?  But then I needed a throw pillow for my bamboo tabe and the old number 2 just couldn't hack it   So I walk the extra blocks to the number 1 and never looked back.

My girlfriend loves this place.  Every time we go she has to look at every glass, every candle, and every silver turtle napkin holder.  She loves spending hours feeling the rugs, throws and upolestered stool and exclaim how soft it is and I want to kick that stools ass because she doesn't make sounds like that at night with me!! Forget you Faux Rabbit Fur Throw in Cream!!! That's my woman!! I will kick your ass!!! I did good a good deal on a holiday stocking holder though, and we got our Christmas decorations there.  However, if I see that throw out on the street I'm going to mess up its soft and luxurious faux face!!

Not much for me here.  I was looking for some possible artwork for my great room.  Nothing unique.  Everything looked like the same stuff I see everywhere - not for my home.

Always a unique experience at Pier 1.  We have shopped here many times.  The service has always been good.
