From start to finish this was easiest time we’ve ever had buying furniture. The sales man listened to what we wanted rather than trying to sell us something we really didn’t want. He let us look, was available when we had questions, and worked diligently with me in picking fabric for our new couch. We will definitely visit there again soon!

I love the quality and warranty that comes when you purchase La-Z-Boy furniture. We now have 2 swivel chairs and 1 swivel, rocker, recliner chair in our living room. I know they stand behind their products and it will last me a lifetime. Very pleased. We also love our sales person Joanie! She is great!

Great recliners, replaced one we had for more than 30 years. Found exactly what we wanted on sale and our sales person made it easy and was able to look up a 4 year old purchase of a sofa and find a fabric swatch so we knew it would match.

This was a very nice experience for my husband and me. Our sales lady was very nice and personable. She showed us several different recliners that met our price range. She was patient and very kind, and we got exactly what we wanted. I believe her name was Joanie Johnson.

I’m disabled so I can’t go look and then buy, but Taren was so nice and helpful. She took the time to go take pictures of different chairs and then explain the benefits of each one for my condition. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Taren.

Bruno was a very good sales associate. He was clearly knowledgeable about the product line, and was helpful in showing us various styles and fabrics. His explanation of the operation and mechanisms made us comfortable with our purchase.

We were looking for a power reclining sofa and possibly a recliner, but most furniture companies offer very few color choices orher than gray or brown. When checking around online, I was amazed to see the overwhelming choices that La-Z-Boy has. My wife and I decided to make the 90-minute trip to the nearest La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery to check things out. Matt greeted us as soon as we came into the store. He asked if we were looking for anything specific, and we gave him a basic idea of what we were looking for. He gave us some brief but thorough information and guided us in the right direction. I appreciate that he didn't follow us around the store, but kept an eye out in case we had any questions, which we did from time to time. When we did ask questions, he was able to give an immediate and helpful response. I appreciate that we didn't feel pressured at any time. That's a big turn-off for me. Instead, he encouraged us to look at our own pace, and once again he didn't pressure us into a decision before we left the gallery to get something for lunch and discuss what we were thinking about buying. He did give us print-outs with information about what we were interested in to help us in our decision-making. We did indeed come back an hour or so later to make our purchase. The La-Z-Boy reputation and the sale prices are why we drove 69 miles to shop, but it's salespeople like Matt that made it a very pleasant experience and will cause us to come back.

Tarryn provided excellent service and helped us select the best recliner for our needs and budget. She was able to answer any questions we had. The ordering process went very smoothly.

We were welcomed by a sales associate when we entered. We told him what we were searching for and he knew exactly where to direct us. He walked us through our options in a no pressure way. The whole experience was a positive one. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I am happy with the entire process and excited to get our sofa!

It was great no pressure just wanting to help find just the right chair for my wife. Believe me that was no simple task but the salesman was very patience. Anything she had questions about he was glad to answer. It was indeed one of the best shopping experiences we ever had. Yes, we did find just the right chair, thanks to the salesman.
