I would never buy anything from PB again after the rocker chair we got for our nursery was never fixed, the rocker mechanism has a metal on metal rubbing sound. I called PB customer service and they scheduled a repair person to come who never showed up. The second repair person they said would call me never did. I recently moved the chair and there are now BLACK METAL SHAVINGS embedded in the carpet in my baby's room.

Horrible customer service. Had to call twice because the first time the problem didn't get solved. Both times were a 45 minute wait. AND believe it or not, the package still got shipped to the wrong place when I was told twice they had the correct address. Worst experience.
