Ann and Denise from the Louisville Arhaus have been wonderful to work with. I started working with them with blueprints to get a better idea how to style my home. I have styled my home with their lights, furniture, and accessories and the quality and sturdiness of their products is superior to other similar stores. I am thankful for both of their interior and architectural knowledge that is not my strong suit.

Absolutely horrible quality product. Every single chair was badly damaged. Even the deliverers took photographs of the damage. The company refused to refund or replace. This wasn't a fluke. Six chairs were delivered and every single one of them was badly damaged. Our 30 year old hand me down dining set is in better condition than what arrived. Horrible quality. Never buy from here. ***Only negative review I have left on Google and still the worst quality furniture we have owned***. No response from owner is what you should expect
Love my Arhaus furniture! My experience at the Louisville store has been exceptional! I’ve bought over 30 pieces of furniture, ranging from kitchen to living room to bedroom and everything in between. Mostly for my California home. Working with Anne and Judy in the Louisville store over the past year has been effortless and fun! The professional design provided by Anne gave me a real sense of how my furniture would look and fit in my home which I loved. Anne’s definitely a great designer and highly recommend her services. But the one I always asked for while walking into the store is Judy! My sales rep. Judy help me pick out my items and really understood my design ideas. She’s knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and personable. Thank you Arhaus!
Over the last 4 months, I have been working with Anne and Danielle to furnish my basement, primary bedroom, and refresh my dining and living rooms on the main floor. Anne's designs are INCREDIBLE!!! She has transformed our rather large basement used for storage and play spaces into gorgeous spaces we love using! We've had several issues with items arriving not as expected or being damaged in delivery and the Arhaus Concierge team along with Danielle have gone above and beyond to ensure things are made right. I could not be happier with the design services, furnishing, and team members of Arhaus Louisville!.. PS- We first became Arhaus customers in 2008 when we purchased a Dune sofa. It no longer fits the design of our current home but is still in fantastic shape and we are moving it to a rental property!
Bought a Dune sectional and crank style desk from here 3 years ago. Spent about $10k total. Don’t be deceived! Low-quality furniture. The workers LIE to get you to buy! The wood-look finish rubbed off of the desk within a month from just typing on a keyboard, revealing the primer underneath. The sofa started pilling all over within a month and wanted to return, but they told me I would have to go through a warranty claim, because the return window is only 14 days. Warranty would just cover repairing it and requires pictures, then more pictures…emails…Problem is, it pills so quickly after repairing that it would need to be repaired every month! Also, when selling the sofa, I told the lady that I had three kids and was seeking a slipcover sofa. She assured me slip covered sofas were making their way out of style and the sofa I was buying was premium, performance fabric- so I it was actually better than slipcover. She said everything wipes off effortlessly. Wow was that such a lie. If you got a stain of something, sure, it might clean off eventually. But normal dirt from handprints and such embeds itself in the fibers and will never come out of the piping. It looks filthy all the time. It’s so sad. Walked in there one day to just look around and heard a salesperson telling a visitor that the “wood top” on a table that was exactly like the one on my crank desk was SOLID WOOD! HA! It’s actually a resin material with wood look paint on top. It’s absolutely crazy the things they will lie about to trick you into buying stuff that you can’t return.
Thank you to Anne design specialist and Judy! You guys were wonderful to work with and so helpful. You both made my experience so enjoyable! We bought two sofas, coffee table, and two recliners for my living room. Without the help of Anne and her 3D imaging along with her styling choices, the room would not have turned out so beautifully! This was a challenging space and Anne’s help with placement and the ability to “see” it in 3D before purchasing was a game changer for me. I will be back in the future for more rooms and definitely recommend Anne and Judy!

Similar to other reviews, the problem with Arhaus is nonexistent customer service after the sale. They're helpful and attentive until you place your order - then you can forget about any follow up as to status or interest in whether you received your purchase or if it was in good condition. Ordered an expensive sectional sofa 6 months ago - they prepared me for the lengthy wait due to COVID manufacturing and supply chain issues which I had no trouble with. My salesperson never checked in with me over six months, but whatever. Finally she calls to say my sectional is on its way and needed to collect the final balance. Great! I happily paid the balance and asked when I could expect delivery - the delivery company would contact me within a few days she says and that I can call the store if I don't hear from them within a week. That was over 3 weeks ago. I've called the store several times and get conflicting info from each person I speak to. Have yet to get a call from my salesperson to check on things and the store manager hung up on me when I asked for contact info to reach a general manager. I still have no idea when I'll get my furniture. **UPDATE - as you can see Arhaus corporate responded to my review with contact info. Within a day or 2 of doing so the regional sales manager called me I had reached out to her twice by email with no reply already. According to her the sectional had just left the manufacturer warehouse and would be in Louisville within a few days a claim I'd already heard repeatedly when calling the store and that she would check back in with me at the end of the week - shocker, she did not. About a week later I was finally contacted by the delivery team and my sectional arrived in perfect condition. Ultimately I received a call from the corporate head of operations - turns out there was a glitch in their new merchandise tracking software that was wreaking havoc in many ways. That would explain the conflicting info from the team at the store but in no way excuses their astounding apathy. So after it all the operations manager refunded 10% of my purchase and I'm very pleased with the product. Being the source of all the confusion is likely fixed I'll probably shop Arhaus online but will never set foot in the Louisville store again.
Anne Interior Designer is a true specialist, and a gem for Arhaus. She delivered exactly what we needed at a time where we felt a bit overwhelmed with our newly purchased, sparsely decorated home. She is an expert at design, great listener, and able to give a thorough explanation with her input. I must also add that she provides this input without coming off as anything but genuine. Before we met Anne, we had been perusing through the store and Judy on the sales team greeted us within minutes as we bounced from space to space. She was sweet and able to answer all of our questions regarding prices, sales, and various pieces. She was quite observant as she picked up on our tells and knew we were looking to make some big decisions across myriad parts of the home. Rather than just sell us the first piece we eyed, she brought Anne into the fold. Over the course of the next week, and two visits to our home from Anne, we went through a detailed process with 3D Imaging, exact measurements and a really nice view of the pieces within each room. We picked out furnishings for seven spaces in the home -- and there is no doubt they will will be long-lasting and quality additions for years to come. While the wait is a bit long on some of the custom pieces, we're confident that it will be worth it. Finally, as a retail business owner -- hats off to the Arhaus' business model. Their two-person team design coupled with sales, along with the home visit and 3D imaging is brilliant and as close to magical as it gets. We will be sure to continue to decorate the rest of our home due to their care, and their people. Hats off to Anne and Judy. I recommend you ask for both.
