Ross Dress for Less

Selection was decent considering it being New Year's day. The checkout line was to midway the store. I replaced my item with buying planning to return on a regular day.

The Manager on duty, Ms.Hammond was awesome at helping us and giving us the proper direction to the products desired. My wife was highly impressed with her delightful smile/assessment. .

It's different when I see it on TV it looks like wow but when you in front of it it don't look the same but I just got to give it another chance

Prices are good. The store itself is quite disorganized. Items of shoes all over floor.Clothing racks very u organized

Great prices if you can find something good. But you have to sort through a lot of junk

Rude customer service. Lady ripped my sensor off my shirt and it made a huge hole. I took it back however my night was ruined by a Karen.

The store itself was fine, but we were there on a weekend yet there was only two cashiers open. Many people, including us, started to walk out because the wait was getting long.
