The company I work for had been using this CubeSmart self storage for quite some time. We recently had warehouse space open up at one of our locations and no longer need it. When I called to cancel I found out that we had just been billed for the month. The manager was kind enough to immediately refund/return the money back to us without hesitation. Super responsive and extremely helpful and caring. Great team at this location. Highly recommend!!
Larry was great, really appreciate good customer service. It’s very hard to come by these days. Clean facility, decent pricing and very secure.

Kiera was super helpful when it came to closing out my unit. She took it upon herself to clean out what was left and ensure that everything was completely taken care of.

Great service! my movers showed up late and I ended up making it to the office 10 before close to sign my lease and get access to my unit. The manager Serena was so helpful and kind. She was working all alone and managing several tasks. She did everything professionally, efficiently and with a smile. She made my stressful situation far less stressful than it could have been.
The commercial truck parked next to my van damaged my vehicle when pulling out. Cubesmart claims to have security cameras, but did not review them to show the incident and file a claim against the driver. The parking spaces for large vehicles are too tight, and they offered not support during the incident.
