Pilot Travel Center

Nice to stop at while traveling. They have all the accommodations needed for people traveling. We even stopped to take a shower. Nice rooms to shower in, good price $12. I shared the shower with my daughter's. Was no problem. Very good customer service.

The pilot at exit 161 was a little tense but it was fairly clean and the local law enforcement were represented well. I had no real issues other than an electronic human sounding voice that was being projected by some sort of sound system speaking derogatory comments toward my person. I think the owner of pilot flying j should investigate the matter a little bit closer.

Really disturbed by the treatment that was received at this location. Two of my drivers stopped by for fuel and shower and one was confronted by banging on the shower door to hurry up. These are hard working people who drive thousands of miles without shower for days and then they arrive to a facility to be treated like trash. I see other reviews where they also had the same problem. Please avoid. Hard working drivers should be treated with more respect.

I stopped into the subway last week and I must say the crew was awesome. Nothing but good vibes the entire time. Very busy location. Kim was truly amazing and made my day. When I come in I usually eat at the pizza hut. But the service they give is not something I get everyday. #KimDidIt
