Awful experience that was finished off with over charging me and refusing refund. Rather than deal with a refund immediately they checked out 2 other individuals first. Once I was finally allowed to hand over the receipt, I was given a bold faced lie for an excuse. And lastly, I was told that a refund could not be issued without manager approval, yet the manager, who gave the previous excuse, was standing right there. You just can't fix stupid.

Needed to clean up,just bad. Them I had to tell the young lady to wash her hand after she came from the pilot part talking to them smh

This is the only subway I go to. Rachel is the sweetest a d all the staff is super nice.

With two employees and just me in the store making an order of two sandwiches it took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Will never go back.
