This by far is 1 of the worst pilots ever open.. they don't recognize the pilot card here.. and during busy peak hours 12:30 at night they close there doors for 30 minutes.. I do not like how they talk to there customers either.. the cashier's car parks at front door and blocks other 2 car lanes to keep people from parking there

Door from the diesel side was locked with a sign telling you to walk around the building. The two pumps I tried 20 and 22 had keypads that didn't work, so I had to go inside to activate the pump, which meant extra time to walk around the building twice. They also had a sign on the front door stating exact change or credit/debit cards for purchases only, and then had the words "Sorry Boo Babies" at the bottom of the sign. Didn't seem like the ladies working really wanted to be there or were properly trained.

Most dirtiest pilot in the country, first time 2 years ago I visited, that time they shut off pumps, now this time they closed store. I couldn’t took shower.

So I got in here at 1:30 am I payed for a spot at 11 am the previous day so as to have a spot when I got here this late. And go figure the payed spots are full. I’m out of time and get told sorry here’s your refund that may come eventually and oh good luck finding a place to park because we’re not going to make them move. Why even offer payed reserved parking if your gonna just tell me to take a hike and not do anything to honor the reservation. Pilot/flying j are steadily becoming one of the worst truck stop franchises out there it’s ridiculous.

In my travels I stop at the Bankhead highway Piolet often. I have spent a large amount of money at this particular store. A few days ago I stopped in as usual for coffee and a snack as I was headed out of Birmingham. I needed to check a few urgent emails before I started back on the road, so I had been sitting in my vehicle for around 15 or 20 minutes. I had just opened my door to step out of my vehicle to go in and get coffee. The security guard approached me at my vehicle and asked if I was going in, I told him yes I am. He then told me I needed to hurry up and get what I wanted and leave. I told him I come here often and spend a lot of money here, but I will just go somewhere else from now on. I am very disappointed in the way this employee made me feel. I'm sure somewhere else will be happy to take my money. I will not go back to this store

Dirtiest Pilot I’ve been to so far, I think this one takes #1, instead of getting toilet paper they make them out of service. Also all the bananas are brown creating flies instead of throwing them away. Too many lot lizards knocking on your door at night. Stay away, trust me folks! Oh Wendy’s has roaches.

Ok place for truckers to sleep, only a few parking spots and some are tight. Shower are great though, they have wendy's, deisel price is good and staff is willing to help.

Do not go here!!! I got my trailer broken into. There is absolutely no security and people are walking around here at all times asking for money.

Terrible.... First the buttons on the gas pump didn't work and there wasn't a sign saying it was out of order. So, I had to wait there until it cleared out and moved to another pump. Next, all of the coolers inside weren't cooling anything. There were zero cold drinks. No hot breakfast items and no one knew when the Wendy's next door opened. The bathrooms were gross. Went to the circle K up the street and was a million times better.
