0 stars rudest employees ever seen! During my visit I’ve seen every employee in this establishment be rude to almost every person walks in and my family. Not alone that I’ve witnessed employee contaminate the coffee by touching the drippers with the trash when remaking coffeepictures attached. It seemed there was preference with certain customers and how they were treated. Lady made us order food at the register, and kept trying to charge us and rush us while we’re trying to tell her. Gave us our plate of wings in a bag. I asked her how come some ordered at the window meanwhile we’re being rushed, she responded rudely. My elderly father asked what INE of the sandwiches was because he couldn’t read it on the bag, another lady told him it’s all on the bag. My mother was approached by the same coffee lady which told her not to make a mess while she made her coffee. The other braided lady was responding to another guest rudely as I walked by, and was rude to another trucker when he was surprised his shower would have to wait 2 hours. A lady, asked if there was mashed potatoes, one responded “if I had them, u would see them “. Finally on the way out, an older gentleman asked for ice cream and how much it would be and the lady responded nasty and said she didn’t know prices. These people need to do better. Giving Dunkin’ Donuts and the gas station a bad name.
We were on a road trip and stopped here for shower, here is the conversation with the cashier: - me: I would like to pay for shower - cashier: the line is huge 7 people - me: that’s fine I can wait - cashier: you will wait about 1,5-2h - me: that’s fine - cashier: some people are taking ages in the shower, it might be about 3h wait - me: that’s fine - cashier: are you really gonna wait? - me: yes, that’s fine - cashier: ugh… okay then It only took about an hour. I’m not sure what is the problem here, they are definitely not happy when you are taking a shower here. I thought that’s one of the perks in Pilot Travel Center.
It was my first time at this location and literally couldn’t make a turn from the traffic light to get inside the pump as it had 3 trucks waiting to get inside the pump and were still on street with turn signal on. Literally at 11:30am on a weekday the parking lot seemed full and all pumps were backed up till the street ?? What’s going on? I am not sure if this location is always like that reading the reviews kinda gave a hint. Not returning here. Sorry couldn’t add pictures, regret not taking any.
Kim is a life saver! My husband had stopped to take a nap before continuing driving home and wasn't waking up on time. I couldn't get him to hear the phone so I called the store and Kim went out of her way to find his car and wake him up so he could get back on the road on time. Forever grateful!
Review from perspective of towing a travel trailer. Station is tight and has a limited number of pumps compared to other Pilots/Flying J's. Once your done pumping it is not easy to find a place to park to go inside. Unless your a hethan who leaves your vehicle at the pu.p while you go inside this station is difficult at best to navigate with a camper. It gets a few stars for friendly staff and clean store. Bathrooms were not bad but subpar for a pilot.
Just watched security kick out every single car but let the vans and the trucks that have been there for days stay. They didn't pay. I have spent 40$ in the store just today. Seems pretty biased. It will be fun to watch this place slowly go out of business
The truck stop is nice. Also stuff members are carrying people. I really appreciate u guys a lot cuz i lost my card and they kept it. Whenever i came back the guy he gave it to back. Really appreciate it.. thank u guys
This is the nastiest pilot I’ve ever been in, the parking lot is dirty but cleaner then the inside of the building, the mens bathroom is so nasty can’t even tell when the last time it was cleaned, the floors in the store are so gross there’s places where you stick to the floor when walking through. It’s a busy place but it should be clean at the same time
Not a lot of parking if your not there by 2pm you can forget about. They people that work there are coo. This has to be one of the nastiest pilot/flying J I’ve been at floor are always dirty shower are have clean. It sucks they took out the Pizza Hut and kfc
Traveling thru Las Vegas, stopped at Flying J/Pilot to be able to take a nap as I couldn't drive much more. Was told couldn't park in the lot as it's 2hr max. I wanted a hot meal and a shower so you want me to spend money but yet I can't sleep in your lot, you'd rather send me down the road tired to potentially cause an accident. Way to go Flying J/Pilot!
