I recently vacationed in NYC with my husband and 5 month old daughter. We didn't want to be stuck in the hotel room every night after her bedtime, but I was hesitant to use a sitting service. I eventually decided on pinch sitters, and was very pleased with our experience! Lisa personally answered my emails and was always quick to respond. We were assigned Anastasia R. and Misha S. Both were wonderful - upbeat, friendly, and experienced. I felt comfortable leaving my baby with both women. They were also both very quick to respond to my texts checking in. I would absolutely use this service again, as well as recommend it to my friends!

I am a bit late writing this review...twin busy :- We took our twins into the city in February. We had tickets to a show on Saturday evening but decided to make a family weekend out of it. Pinch Sitters, Lisa, did an amazing job: addressing my concerns about hiring an unknown sitter, using a service I had been previously unaware existed, communicating, and modifying based on my scheduling changes. Amber was very nice and very professional. We used Pinch sitters both Friday and Saturday, Friday was more of a get to know your sitter night as we did not stray far from the hotel but we could have! Amber came in and immediately we were all at ease, she was excellent with my children and they could not wait for her return on Saturday night! Well Done Pinch Sitters! We will be back :-

Pinch Sitters saved our vacation. We arranged a babysitter from another service several weeks in advance of our trip, and she had to cancel four hours before it was set to start. I called Pinch Sitters and explained the situation. Lisa quickly arranged for Eleanor to care for our children. I would be happy to work with Eleanor again and will use Pinch Sitters again for dates on vacation.

We've used Pinch Sitters 3 times in the past couple of months when our nanny got sick or had an emergency come up due to recent health issues. Each time, the sitter was a different person, but wonderful every single time. It's such a relief to have a reliable, trustworthy backup babysitting service like this. I'm actually going to Boston for a work trip; I'm contemplating taking the kids, but they don't seem to have a good, reliable service like this! Pinch Sitters, keep up the great work!

Unbelievable - friendly service, great sitters, very reasonably priced. We had Elizabeth as our sitter, and it was all organised over the phone 24 hours before. Our 2 year old had a blast - Elizabeth fed her dinner and took her out, and accommodated for her jetlag. We got home and she was the happiest she'd been all trip. Definitely recommend - we will be booking a second one for our current holiday!

I needed to fly to NYC to celebrate a birthday with my husband and kids and I contacted the agency Lisa Magaro. They answered within 24 hours and they were extremely professional. Highly recommend pinch sitters, and our kids had a fantastic time with their sitters. Lisa was fantastic with the correspondence and at putting our minds at ease, as did the sitters on the job night. Would definately use this agency again without hesitation!
