Pine Belt Veterinary Hospital And Kennel

Went to Dr. Lowell Rogers as a referral for a procedure for my Primate, a Capuchin Service Animal. Was so nervous! Dr. Roger's to the time to explain everything in detail to me before surgery as well as after in detail about aftercare. Have been looking for a good Vet for primates since moving to MS and finally found one! His staff were very nice and kept me informed during such. Feel very blessed to have found them! Would definitely recommend!!!

Awesome staff. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. They treat my dogs like their own. You can't ask for more than that!

It was great. I did dislike that they have no one to stay with the animals in the hospital overnight and on Sunday.

At first I was very happy with them. And then phone calls and phone calls later and no return phone call. I got fed up with them and took my animal elsewhere. Turns out she needed surgery. But no I couldn't get them to answer a phone call or return a phone call and then when I needed the records for the new vet for surgery all they would send over are the vaccination records. Highly unimpressed will never take another animal there again. When I call to complain nobody seemed to really care, there was a insincere apology and basically thanks but no thanks.

Very busy first thing in the morning and evenings. The only vet I have ever used.
