I've lived in Richmond for almost two years and I hadn't found a barber that I really liked until coming here. Rosalie was the one who cut my hair/beard, she did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Great experience overall, I highly recommend!

My favorite place to go for a haircut in the city. It is easy walking distance from anywhere on VCU and is a very cozy place.  All the staff working there have been nice and I have never had a complaint about any of my haircuts.  Plus the student discount is a nice touch. 

Just FYI, reservations are needed so be sure to call a few days in advance.

I haven't had a haircut at a place other than Hair Cuttery, but I love Pine Street Barber Shop. My haircut was exactly what I asked for and Sara was so nice and we had a great conversation while she was cutting my hair. The price was also fantastic, as it's only $24 for students.

I've been going to Pine St. on and off since I was maybe 20. It's just an awesome place. Current favorite barber/stylist is Rosalee! She really knows her way around clippers.
