Lady running it today was very nice , despite the reviews about rude service. But be prepared to wait up to an hour for the bus to take you upriver ; they only have one driver running shuttles. Campground area looks nice, small playground for kids, bathrooms, and big pebbly beach area for relaxing ! Kayak rentals include shuttle ride upriver . Took us 2 hours to kayak the 6 Miles downriver because current was very fast (we barely actually kayaked other than to steer).

My favorite place to kayak! You can spend the whole day there floating and swimming in that crystal clear water. In certain spots the water is even a turquoise color. It’s magical!

Best place to Kayak or Canoe ever! Kathy and her whole staff are so friendly. Great and safe place to camp as well!

Great place to camp and canoe. Super friendly staff and great laid back place to take the kids for the day or stay for the weekend.
