The food was really good. Best gluten free pizza I’ve had. But the workers did not care to be there nor did they care if other people have a place to sit. They were on their phones instead of cleaning tables and taking the trash out. They missed 2 phone calls on the business phone while the main guy was in the restroom because they were all on their cell phones. But they missed 6 calls in the 30 total min we were there. I noticed we didn’t get a welcome when we walked in but didn’t think much about it..but then 3 others came in after us and did not get welcomed nor did they get talked to much or at all. One of the employees pulled out her prescription medication and took it at the register counter. then that same person pulled a brush out and brushed her hair…. There was one gentlemen who was kind but didn’t speak much-he seemed to be the only one who worked the register. One customer came in while that one man was washing dishes and the three other employees literally didn’t speak to the customer and just stared at him and didn’t help. He waited about 5 min and they still didn’t help him so he walked out.
I’ve gone to this location a few times over the years and have never had an issue. Usually, I dine in and order by the slice. This time around, due to bad weather, I decided to order delivery. I ordered three items: an appetizer, a 12” pizza and a dessert. I’m satisfied with the appetizer and dessert, but the pizza? I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, standard, nothing special. Now, I always envision that the pepperoni is evenly placed throughout the entire pizza, so that with each bite, you get a little taste of the pepperoni. Well, when my order arrived, this is what I received: hardly any sauce on the pizza and very minimal pepperoni throughout, most of it up around the crust. I’ve never seen this before. I feel like I’ve been ripped off/robbed. Be better Pink’s Pizza. This is extremely embarrassing.
Quick decent taste pizza. For $3.50 I was expecting a larger slice of pepperoni pizza. I prefer a more saucy pizza and this wasn’t it. The dough was soft and crunchy. the cheese had a good taste.
The best cheese pizza since Shakey's Pizza. That's saying a lot. Pure unadulterated joy when fresh right out of the oven. The only place I don't feel the need to add toppings to taste something. The perfect crust. Not to thick, not to thin. Oven time just long enough for the crust to have a little crispness without being burned. Nothing kills a pizza craving more than a soggy crust. The sauce complements the crust instead of overpowering it. The cheese, with a mix of Pink's herbs sprinkled over it, is generously and evenly spread across the pie leaving a one inch crispy edge that frames it perfectly. Finishing each slice with that crispy crust cleanses the palate. You just hit reset, and your taste buds now reexperience that first bite explosion of flavors. Euphoria!
I use to love Pink’s but I was beyond disappointed with last pizza and wings. I ordered extra toppings and they did not even add. Toppings also seemed low quality for price. I paid $40 for a 12”. I just threw wings away. For price you’re better off ordering from a high end restaurant. At least it will taste good. I’d only eat if desperate.
Tried this place for the first time. Really TRIED. You walk in. You get no greeting. There's a cash register. Nobody on it. There's some people making pizzas. They don't greet you. They don't look at you. You stand there. A guy answers the phone. Does not look at you. Does not speak to you. So you leave without ever ordering. I will try another location. Will not come back to this one.
Michelle is the rudest cashier ever. Ever is the most unprofessional GM Ive encountered. Just utterly rude, disrespectful, and racist. I will be calling HR on this store, it needs some retraining when it comes to dealing with customers. Michelle was the most disrespectful, disgusting person I had ever came across as a customer and tried to ban me because of her own personal feelings. The “general manager for two months,” Ever, needs to learn some professionalism as well. So with that being said 1 start rating, poor customer service just poor. I kept it very respectful with them and still got disrespected and talked to like I was crazy. They need to be fired. Immediately.
I really love eating pizza, and let me tell you pinks is one of my favorites place to get pizza from. We got the pepperoni with sausage and it was really good! The service was good and fast. Wasn’t as busy or packed. Will be going back again to try different kind of pizza next time!
Love the crust and it's awesome .I'll be back
This 1 star rating is not for food but for poor customer service. I was joking with one of the workers and asked to raise radio and change music. Another guy interrupted us and yelled No. Continued to insult me by stating I was being loud and annoying. Mind you I was not. I wouldn’t be surprised if he is the manager. Since no one said anything to him. Poor customer service.
