Pinnacle Propane

FLTransport & Hotshots LLC We have pinnacle for the past 3 years . For company tanks, my rv , and grills. Have always had good service and dedication to my company and personel needs. Upgraded hoses and regulators not only for personel interests but keeping my staff safe as well. Have bought bigger tanks. Never have had an issue. With nothing. Needed special tank coupling for job. They lent me one for that job. Job was completed with no issues. Thank you pinnacle

Only place I will go to get tanks filled. Great service, great staff, great prices. Fill my bbq tanks , tanks for my RV and my forklift tanks here. Have purchased tanks and had tanks Recertified as well.

Been going to a place for years and years on 2nd street and not until my 1st visit to pinnacle did I find out that I was paying for more propane than I was getting at the 2nd street location. Not only that but the service was rude and uncaring. Find a new place to go and Save money as well Save money as well

Not customer focused. They do not answer the phone. No concept of customer service. Even with Credit card on file I need to call 6-7 time to get my "scheduled" propane tank refilled. Other companies wont replace a tank in winter, so I need to figure out how to empty my tank in summer. Avoid this company at all cost.

Says open until 4:30 got there at 4 and employees were driving off telling me they were closed. Called phone number and was already on voicemail... good thing for Ortega's...never recommend or go here again!!

Terrible service! Ever since this company bought King’s Butane we’ve had problems. It’s been a couple years since the turn over. Supposedly on a regular schedule to refill so we don’t run low and don’t have to monitor it. Now we have to monitor it and had to call several times to get a truck to the house every time and it still takes 6-7 days. The person answering the phone acknowledges we’re “on a routine fill schedule and credit card on file”. Don’t even start with this company!!!

I bought my property ~5yrs ago with a very old deteriorating propane tank that was leased from Kings butane. I had it filled and the propane leaked out. They offered to repair or replace the tank and comp the fill, but never followed through, so I haven’t payed the lease in 4 years the propane tank only fuels the heater in my shop, not a big deal. Without my knowledge this company bought Kings and has sent me to collections for this years lease of $66. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone here, they don’t answer the phone or call back, I have disputed in writing, and I don’t even live locally to their office. Please give me another option- I prefer not to deal with this with a lawsuit- but I am refusing to give you terrible people a dime of my money.

Believers in the big lie. Came for propane and got politics instead. This business has an info wars sticker prominently displayed at fill station, and the attendant possibly owner? started talking excitedly with the customer before me about how he hoped Wisconsin will “decertify” their presidential votes — now nearly a year after the Presidential election. I want to shop locally, and I also want to shop apolitically. But if you’re going to advertise that you’re delusional about the world around you, count me out.

Anthony greeted me at propane bay as soon as I pulled up. Friendly service with a smile. Great rates. Filled up my three tanks, and had me on my way in under 5 minutes.

Great customer service. They went out of their way to help me when I was having issues with another propane service. Would definitely recommend getting your propane from here.
