Worst pizza ever. Time of "preparation" was on point, but definitely not was I was expecting. I ordered a super Supreme large pan pizza, and what I got is basically a pepperoni pizza with a very FEW ingredients thrown scarcely on top. I'm giving a one star rating, because there is no lower rating. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I could have been better off going to the cheaper competition. Pictures are actual.
Never again will I order from this disgusting place again! I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and clearly as you can see in the picture there is no chicken anywhere to be found in my pasta! And my breadsticks are cold! When I called to complain, I was hung up on twice, and when I finally got through the guy, he had no concern for what I was saying, and he lied and said that my number was not in the system when clearly I ordered from them and they fixed my food and he confirmed that that was the address of the Pizza Hut that I ordered from. However, how do you not have my number when I literally just ordered food from you guys do DoorDash! Very upset because I did not have the money to waste on nasty food! Please, please do not order from this place until they get better workers and learn how to properly prepare food!
This has been the worse experience I have ever had with any pizza place. I ordered online for delivery and noticed I forgot to put my unit number. So I call to give my unit number and Kimberly tells me the pizza will be to be shortly. I wait 30 minutes and call back. Kimberly said it was delivered and she has a picture. I am not allowed to see the picture but she decides not my house. I tell that’s not my house and she said it was delivered to the correct address. I told her it’s the correct address but not the correct unit. She hung up me. I drive my neighborhood to see if I can find my pizza. No luck. I call back and ask for a refund. Kimberly said no. I asked for her manager she said she would call them. Apparently her manager isn’t available for three days and she hung up on me again. So $40 dollars gone and no pizza. Do not order from this Pizza Hut!
Ordered a one topping pan pizza, breadsticks and a pepperoni and sausage pasta bake and that pasta came looking like it was microwaved and barely cooked and the sausage had a funny smell to them
I placed an order this evening for delivery and several items were missing. I then placed a second order and paid for the missing items again and called the store to confirm that my items wouldn’t be left off again. The employee reassured me that he would ensure the items would be in the order however, when the order arrived I was still missing the items along with additional items. When I called to notify the store the same employee male, possibly a manager that initially reassured me that he would take care of it and ensure my order was correct put me on hold and never came back. Absolutely horrible customer service!
I ordered a pizza at 4:10pm and received notification 1 minute later that it was out for delivery. At 5:47pm, I called the store because the pizza had not been delivered yet and they did not know where it was. They said they would have to contact Door Dash. It did not arrive until 6:42pm, 2.5 hours later, and it didn't even have all the sauce I paid for. The pizza had clearly been made earlier and been sitting under a lamp for a long time. Absolutely horrible. Edit: I sent an email to Pizza Hut at their "wecare" email address as advised by them. Never heard a peep back from them. Terrible service. Will not use again.
French fries were very greasy and cold. French fries were fried in old grease you could taste them and tell. Very nasty
This location is a total ripoff! While in town for work, staying at a hotel near this location, I placed an order for two pizzas totaling $45 to be delivered at my hotel and was told door dash delivered it which they had not. I tried reaching Pizza Hut that night but they were closed. We had to get dinner at Taco Bell 15 minutes away because nothing was open. I then contacted Door Dash the next day who said they accepted full responsibility for the order not being delivered, but that Pizza Hut would have to refund the money and they contacted Pizza Hut on my behalf. Nine days has gone by, after contacting Pizza Hut Customer Service and now the manager of this store who is saying the food was delivered. Which is a LIE!!! Also I did not ask for contactless delivery so why would the driver not knock and wait for someone to come to the door??? Order delivery from someplace else. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT!
As someone who used to work at Pizza Hut I am appalled by the quality of this pizza, the store, and the service. I ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers pizza with bread sticks and dipping sauce. I received ONLY the pizza and it arrived late on my doorstep floor when I requested hand delivery. I inspected the pizza and the dough quality was horrible! The dough was undercooked and the stuffed cheese was hard and unappetizing. I ordered extra sauce and with no surprise…there wasn’t any extra sauce. I called the store to tell them about the missing breadsticks cause I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was on hold for a very long time and when they answered they placed me on hold again only to tell me “all of it was given out.” They offered no solution but only said “we can’t remake it.” I spent 40 dollars for this and this is what I got.
Ordered a pizza and after 3.5 hours of waiting it was never delivered. There was zero communication from the store regarding status. I called the store to cancel and was told I’d have a refund in a few business days. 2 weeks and 3 calls to the store later still no refund.I’ll more than likely be forced to dispute the transaction with my bank. Trust the reviews and avoid this location for delivery. Hopefully once they get more help things will change. *2 Week Follow Up* Never received a call back from the store as promised nor did I get a response after sending an email to the address listed in the response to this survey. My bank finally refunded my money. Avoid this location at all cost.
