Story

Pudina, in most Indian languages, means “mint,” an herb synonymous with freshness -- one that adds zing, zest, and unique flavor to just about any dish. Here in the restaurant, we hope to bring that same zesty goodness to everything we prepare, from our pizzas, curry bowls, and wraps to our herbal teas, organic coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Fresh, healthy Indian fusion is something that’s been missing from the fast food scene for a long time, and we’re excited to be filling the gap here in Charlotte.
