It has been 80min counting for my order to arrive. 50min since I got a text saying my pizza was out for delivery. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The last time we ordered was over 6months ago in July. Same problem where a birthday party was put on hold, waiting for 2 pizzas & some breadsticks for almost 2hrs. The managers offer no solutions, they do not care, and only curtly reply, "it'll be there shortly." This is beyond unacceptable. This location has seriously issues with their capability to delivery. Update: the driver arrives after 90min and claims his car broke down. He had to go to O'Reillys to get a new radiator cap. And then he could continue delivery. But he didn't call and let management know so they could send someone else or at least give us a head's up? I highly doubt it. And despite trying to flag him down we didn't get our breadsticks. And our two large pizza turned out to be mediums, were missing cheese on a good portion, there was no crust flavoring as expected, and of course, they were cold & under cooked, so the center was ripping apart when we tried to pick up pieces. The manager could only offer me $20 store credit. So we can have This miserable experience again?! Oh boy! Edit to add: 3 days later the manager reached out to me and refunded $30 of my $36 order, so at least she tried to make it right in the end. I would still proceed with caution if you decide to go here. Order to pick-up and avoid rush times. They are clearly understaffed, and their drivers have trouble with reliable transportation.
Placed order, said it’d be there in 45 min. Took over an hour to get here. Tried calling to see where my order was and no one answered. I called 3 separate times. Opened the boxes up, neither are fully cut, one is partially burnt and the other has a giant hole in it
Tried to give them a second chance after their first delivery came cold, what a big mistake. Placed the order at 7 and after 2.5 hours our order was finally delivered with the driver telling us how lucky we were for the delivery since they had no more drivers to deliver. Lucky us! Getting an order so much later than our projected time and the order was so super cold and that we had to heat it in the oven. Done with this Pizza Hut local and will never order from here again. They are the worst!!!!!
We received our pizza 50 minutes late and it was cold. Called to complain, we were hung up on multiple times and only offered a $5 credit. Finally we offered to go to the store and pick it up just to get warm food. Manager stated she was proud the food was cold and was impressed with their service. We will never order from Pizza Hut again and I am in complete shock this place is still open with how their manager runs their store.
Within 10 minutes my whole order was cold when it was delivered. When I got it, it wasn't event hot/warm anymore. My pizza was not cut up when I opened it and it was a personal pizza too and the cheese was very clumpy like it wasn't done all the way. My pasta was kind of cold and they forgot the breadsticks. I called and they said they will send it out.
I have been disappointed every time I order from this Pizza hut. The quality of the pizza is poor, not at all what I'm used to from other locations. Then tonight, after delivering us the wrong pizza, they said that they could remake our order but we had to return the wrong pizza with the new delivery. How does this policy make any sense? We already took a bite so they said they can't send us a new one. Hopefully they actually comp my account like they said they would, otherwise I will never be ordering from here again.
I had the absolute best customer service that I have ever had at a Pizza Hut ever. My husband and I called ahead while we were already on our way to get carry out knowingly that our pizza wouldn't be ready when we arrived however when we arrived we were KINDLY greeted right as we walked in and the woman at the counter Cat not only had an exceptional attitude but seemed super happy to have us walk in. Moments later after ringing up our order one of the cooks swung by the counter and apologized that our order wasn't ready yet once again we expected to wait with such kindness and hospitality we ended up tipping more than the purchase of our order... Plus I'm a college student. Thank you guys, you now have a loyal customer. PS - I rarely leave reviews
I ordered a pizza for delivery. The woman was rude on the phone saying she didn’t understand my location or where to go when I gave her the exact address. When we finally got the call 90 minutes later when it only was supposed to be 60-75 that the pizza was there, we went to the entrance where it was supposed to be delivered. The person texted me saying he was leaving in 2 minutes if no one was there. We were at the exact location I gave the lady over the phone. No car and no pizza! Very disappointed.
Ordered my pizza and it never showed. I called 30 mins after it was supposed to arrive was told their driver ran out of gas and is walking to the gas station. I reminded them that's not my responsibility and my pizza should be free or at least discounted seeing it's cold and late. The manager said no but she'll go ahead and cancel my order. Are you serious? Terrible service and clearly must be kids or child like.
So originally ordered from Dominos 2 blocks away. After an hour and 15 minutes and being told order was on the way 3 different times only to find out it was still on shelf at store, cancelled order. Ordered from Pizza Hut and food was here within 20 minutes. Learn Dominos. This store get it done
