Paid almost $100 for just two family combos pizza deals. Delivered after an hour late and pizzas were burnt on the side. Pasta was delicious but wings were small and too much sauce. It was a Thursday’s night. Not satisfied & not worth it. =“
I ordered online, including a delivery fee/tip for driver. I was called and told delivery was over 3 hours. I instead drove to the store for carry out with the understanding the delivery fee and tip for the driver will be removed for obvious reasons. I was told my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes later, while at the store, the person at the register told me my pizza would be ready "in a minute." I waited about 15 minutes before the same person apologized and told me my pizza wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. I politely asked to cancel my order. A man came and cancelled the order and gave me a receipt. My bank account still shows a balance of $47.85. I called the store today; the manager told me he saw a balance of $42.85. I told him that was not correct and he could not explain it. I do not want to pay Pizza Hut $5 for having wasted my time and gas. The manager kept me on hold twice and then said the refund would be $47.85. When I said "thank you," he hung up without saying anything. This store really needs to get it together. I feel bad for the workers who are there trying their best, however, it's just not adequate/timely service nor is it acceptable customer service.
Food is always done on time and quality and temperature are good. Wait staff isn't grumpy, but isn't particularly friendly either at least at lunch - not sure about dinner. Parking is a little hard here, especially in the winter if the back lot is snowy. As of January 2023, the dining room is still not open after COVID. Also, this restaurant in particular is more expensive than most Pizza Huts. I will oftentimes be looking at deals on the main website, but when I select this as my store all the prices go up and most of the deals become unavailable.
I should of check the reviews before going to this pizza hut. I pre-ordered and PAID for a large pizza 45 minutes prior to getting my pizza. In 30 minutes they confirm the pizza was ready. When I got there and showed my payment they refused to gave me my pizza until I wait in line for customers before me. There was people standing around doing nothing to help. Finally after the customers before me we're gone they put my information in the system and looked at my phone receipt then gave me my pizza. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I've ordered online twice from this location, in both instances the pizza took over 2 hours to arrive. I called the location to check on the status, no answer on multiple calls. I put in a complaint on the website, no response or voucher. After two attempts, we won't be going with this restaurant anymore. Too bad, because the pizza was pretty good and my family liked it.
Ordered a pizza on the website. Website let me order it with no issues and stated while placing the order 25-35 minutes. Then an hour went by. I called and called, no answer. Then a half hour later I get notified it is getting delivered by doordash. Then another hour goes by and some dink brings it to me not even in a pizza delivery bag so it was not only nearly 3 hours old but also cold as if it came out of the fridge. Done with Pizza Hut forever.
The first time I ordered stuffed crust for pick up and the pizza was cold and the cheese was solid. We did go pick it up when it notified that it was ready. I decided to give it another chance tonight for delivery and happy to say, our order arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and was fresh & hot!!! I guess it can be a hit or miss with my past experience and the other reviews.
Ordered a 2 pizzas around 8pm, delivery was 30 to 35 min, by 9pm pizza has not arrived so I call pizza hut and the manager tells me they are short on drivers, that they had to redirect my order to doordash? And that the dasher was also late, she didn't even offer any compensation. Anyway she tells me the dasher should be arriving in no more than 15 min, now 10pm pizza arrives and is the same pizza that had been sitting for almost 2 hours, pizza was dry to the bone and the crust was hard as a rock also has a bite mark. Called the store to make a complaint and the manager hangs up on me in the middle of my complaint. Great customer service!
Friday Night we ordered a big box pizza for pick up. I drove to the restaurant to pick up the order and made the mistake of not checking the box before leaving. The pizza was missing the wings from the order, all 3 sauces selected from the order, and one of the pizzas had Alfredo sauce which we did not order. I checked the ticket and surly this was my order, I called the store back to let them know this was a very bad experience and that no one checked my order, the Employee replied "it is the customers responsibility to check the order" I let her know the was the most absurd thing I have ever heard. The customer service from Pizza hut is beyond terrible, there is no one who will call you back to get a refund. The shift Manager Kong was rude and no one from corporate will call you back. Save yourself some time and go with Dominos.
Never order from here! Read the reviews before you waist your money! I placed an order online at 11:30am. I was told it would take an hour. I get a text saying they are using door dash to deliver the order, which was never mentioned prior to submitting the order. I've had issues with door dash in the past and would not have ordered had I known they used door dash instead of in store delivery. I get a follow up text that the dasher is arriving and go out to meet them. They never show up, the order is marked delivered, and doordash removed the delivery information so I couldn't contact the driver. There is no picture proof it was delivered, we never got a call from the driver, nothing. I call the location only to be sent to a call center who knows where. I ask to be transferred to the store and get sent to another customer service rep not at the store location. I finally explain the issue and they offer to resend the order. An hour later I get a call from the pizza hut saying they don't have one of the ingredients I requested and please call them back to confirm a substitute. I then spend the next hour playing phone tag with the customer service call center trying to get connected to the store. Finally I'm told that the replacement ingredient has been communicated to the pizza hut never got to speak to them directly. After all this we never heard back from the pizza hut. Eventually we check outside and find our order at the side door to our apartment building, not the front door, and we never received a ca ll, text, or anything and all the food is ice cold four hours after we put in the original order. NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this location.
