After year’s enjoying gluten free slices it’s high time I wrote a review. A five star review! They serve the rare gluten free SLICE. I’m sure it’s a pain in the butt, but they do it without complaint, and it’s reasonably priced as well. Thank you!! Dietary restrictions: Amazing gluten free slices
I’ve been coming to Pizzacato for decades and always had a great experience. Sadly the service has gone way done hill at this location. Food fortunately still the same! Sorry for the novel here but it was pretty bad! I arrived with 4 very well mannered children and checked in about a pizza that should have been ready 10 minutes prior. They told me it was almost ready and I said I’d be waiting at the outside seating area. 30 min later, I went inside to see what the scoop was. The girl at the front was annoyed that I went outside right before they realized they lost the ticket. Like that’s my fault?! you’d think maybe they could walk outside and tell me? Perhaps offer slices or even bring the salad. Anyway I headed back outside to wait even longer. Eventually it came 50 min after expected but no salad. I had to ask if it was coming.. they forgot no apologies Then they brought out a small box and I had ordered a large, to go along with the large pizza. Again girl at the front didn’t apologize and acted annoyed and she even went in to check on the computer and tell me I was wrong because it said a small. She was the one that took my order over the phone. Like I had control over what she put in the computer?! Ugh! She needs to know some basic customer service standards before being the one to great people and at a restaurant.
Delicious pizza! Called in my order ahead of time and it was hot and ready as soon as I arrived about 30 minutes later! A bit more on the spendy side but well worth it. I really enjoyed the margarita pizza classic the fresh garlic and tomatoes and basil was just the perfect combination.
Ordered online. Quoted 1 hour pickup time. Arrived 5 minutes early and then proceeded to wait 45 mins for my pizza. Ceasar dressing had a ridiculous amount of garlic in it, probably had 3 gloves of garlic in the 2oz worth of dressing. Pizza was good, when it finally was ready. No apologies or words from the staff about the wait time. For the price of the food, this was simpy an unacceptable experience. Good riddance, will not be returning. Ever.
Had a good review for this place before, but one woman made my experience very unpleasant, today. Seemed the staff were a bit irritable as the woman in the jumper was quite condescending when I was building my own pizza. Will not return.
Squisita and thai chicken combo w/ ceasar salad. Soggy crust and soggy pizza, 25 minutes behind the pick up time and $55 later. No mystery behind their diminishing popularity. Very poor quality for top dollar. No thanks.Food: 2/5
It seems that there are now a plethora of eateries offering gluten free pizza nowadays-and I'm not complaining! But with so many options available I have found myself on the hunt for something bigger and better. While I've only been here once before, I will say that I was SHOCKED at how delicious the gluten free pizzas are. Is it the quality of ingredients? The type of ingredients? I don't know but it's amazing. True, the crust is thin, like most GF pizza crusts are, but it doesn't taste or feel any different than eating a slice of East coast style pizza, if that makes any sense. The cheese is heaven, the sauce is robust, and all other ingredients are wonderfully savory and fresh. I got the classic pepperoni with bell peppers and purple onion. The portions are very generous, despite the GF pizza only coming in a 12in size. I really hope I didn't just get lucky and this is how their pizzas always are because I and my family will definitely be coming back
I don’t know why I even try anymore. I haven’t had a good delivery experience in years. It’s a shame because the pizza is still good, but the service is worse than ever.
Been going here since it opened. Good food, and great folks working there. Recommended.Recommended dishesGreek Salad
The crust is the texture of a frozen pizza and the toppings are very fast food pizza style. It's a premium price for cheap pizza.Food: 2/5
