Ya know, I frequent this place in the middle of the night, and they've had some interesting folks behind the register at times, but I'm always genuinely happy to see Zac behind the counter when I walk in. The man maintains his chill attitude, lets people get what they need without rushing them, and lets nothing ruffle his feathers. That's not easy on graveyard shift in this neighborhood, and he deserves a damn medal! Try dealing with wasted people for 1 hour of your job without losing your temper, I can't, most people can't, but he manages to deal with some serious crazy for hour after hour without ever raising his voice or being rude. He makes it look effortless, but it is not. He's a master of zen...think I'm wrong? You try it!!!!!

Why are people working 11 hour shifts??? I was locked of the store for like 9 minutessmall time yes but why? because plaid didnt schedule a replacement worker....come on plaid....youre better then that

The manager chose, once again, to not acknowledge me. After waiting what I feel was far too long, I said "excuse me" to which he told me "I have bigger things to do". I reminded him I am a customer to which he kicked me out. I was a regular customer just out of the convenience of this store location. Luckily, there are way more options nearby i won't be back to this poorly ran store.

BEWARE of this location: There have been a few sketchy and emotionally unstable employees who work the late shift. Not only have I seen violent and discriminatory behavior here, but also witnessed bias personally here. Yes, from employees My fiancé also has felt uncomfortable at this location prior. due to Zac at this location. We spend thousands per year at this locationuntil now, due to the convenienceand the fact we are business owners and work late often, but will now avoid completely and recommend the same to you. This is especially the case if you are either a female, or a person of color. Customer relations has been not only lackluster, but the definition of ‘over promising, and under delivering.’ Stay away until this problem is addressed.

It's a Plaid Pantry. Local stuff everywhere. But it's just an okay sort of feel and crowd. Staff was really playful.

This is definitely a friendly neighborhood Plaid Pantry that feels very unique despite its chain store roots The staff and management are always friendly, warm, and accommodating to everyone. A real gem to have in our neighborhood.

Two stars. Normally love the great deals that they have but got ripped off this morning. Rockstars that were clearly priced as 2/$3.50 rang up at 2/$4.98. Went back to prove the price and the guy working there said "it's a new month, new price" and didn't want to refund the difference. Poor customer service today PP....

For the longest time there was a great and long standing staff here at this plaid but in the last 6 months the manager is new and the old familiar faces we all seemed comfortable and use to seeing, changed. I dont dislike the newbies but the friendly and comfortable atmosphere is no more. However in recent weeks there was a new hire or transplant that seems to fit the graveyard shift at this, my home plaid better than has been. Welcome Girl/woman with tattooed beard. YOU FING ROCK, SE STYLE. Glad you arrived.
