This store is awful and so are the staff. An employee and manager humiliated and kicked out a homeless person for using hand sanitizer that was on the counter. This isn't the first time I've seen something like this. This is a pharmacy, I've seen them deny the older generation the ability to you use the bathroom. Using the excuse their bathroom isn't public. Horrible all the way around. I feel for the pharmacy staff, because they aren't like this at all.
Yeah I’d never willingly come to this location ever again. The pharmacy tech was absolutely awful. She didn’t change her gloves in between vaccines. She never apologized for or explained the wait 50 minutes and once she heard me tell someone who asked how long I waited, her attitude turned sour. She didn’t tell me anything about the new Covid booster which is what I had an appointment for. All she cared about was getting me out of there. I never complained to them, the lady who asked me how long I waited was the only time I said anything. I don’t know why she treated me the way she did. But she certainly shouldn’t be giving people vaccines with the treatment and attitude I received from her. They told me to stay in the building for 15 mins in case I had an allergic reaction, but I left right after the shot. I wouldn’t trust them to know what to do or take care of me if I did have a reaction. She needs some serious training if she’s going to be in the health field and working with the public like this.
Store associate very unprofessional she was on the phone while I was standing there waiting to be help. I was returning something through FedEx and when I told her that I have a QR code to scan she said they don't do that. That I needed the return label already on the package. I mentioned to her that prior to coming to Walgreens I had call the number to verify on what to do and they had mention they can scan the QR code and it will print the return label her response at the store I don't know why they telling people that. So I went to another Walgreens and they scan the QR code and printed the return label. Never again will I'll step into that Walgreens again I rather go out of my way to another location where they have friendly and great attitude working employees
The Pharmacy tech was extremely rude and constantly cut me off as I was trying to speak, presuming she knew what I was going to say. I really do understand people work hard and are under staffed, but please don’t take that out on a polite costumer who is in pain.
Do not give the option to schedule covid tests online if you’re not going to be able to give tests when we show up! I am sick and don’t want to be sitting around in my car waiting for the test that I scheduled. Absolutely ridiculous.
I hate this pharmacy. They'll let you sit in the line half an hour then close for lunch right when you get to the window and shrug. You could let people know you're closing ahead of time.
This ad is misleading, says their pharmacy is open until 8pm, went there last Monday April 11th 2022 at 6:30pm to find out why my prescriptions I fill the same 4 prescriptions at the same time every month, called in on April 6th 2022 hadn't been filled yet. They had closed at 6:30pm. I asked to speak with the Manager on duty to inquire about the discrepancies in closing time, as well as why my scripts were taking so long. She "blew me off" and told me to go online and make a complaint. "Magically", the next day my prescriptions were ready, no explanation. This is not the first time this has happened to me. If they're that short handed, maybe they should close temporarily, just my opinion. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere after being a loyal Walgreens customer for over 10 years.
Please be informed that wait times for COVID tests are about an hour. And that my PCR result took over 72 hours, not 48. It's very disappointing that all that effort was for nothing. the delay resulted in my inability to start antivirals and that is very disappointing. I've been a Walgreens Pharmacy Customer for years and I'm trying to be patient that we are in a pandemic. Perhaps I should have been less patient and gone for a second test earlier. I hope this review helps someone else plan better than I did.
The staff are generally pleasant. The pharmacy is a complete mess because they are understaffed. This store keeps reducing the hours the pharmacy is open and the lines, especially in the drive through can get really long. Also, in the drive through they hand you your payment card with your prescription and receipt, which has caused me to drop mine. It’s small thing, except that they’re really difficult to retrieve and if you pull forward, there’s nearly always another car behind so you can’t do that either.
Worst service. They are encountering a staffing shortage due to paying below-livable wages, and this leads to massive delays for their customers. I was with my son and daughter waiting in line to get medication, and when my son had to use the restroom, it turns out that they've closed them to the public due to inadequate store staffing... Take your business elsewhere until they pay a reasonable wage.
