Makeup,cosmetics,etc.,etc..if you want it they got,and they are quite helpful and will go that extra mile to help you with whatever your needs are.

I recently went with a few concerns and was helped by a very sweet lady. Says she's been working there for so many years but I forgot her name sadly I'm terrible with names. I am not a super feminine person and I do not like the feel or look of make up really but with her, I gave it a shot. It took her one try to find an exact match as far as foundation and it looked like I wasn't wearing any for a sec. She gave me some samples to try with my purchases and was very kind and thorough. Even helped my husband. I love when places pay attention to detail like this. It just makes the shopping much easier/enjoyable for the customer

I just had the most enjoyable experience in this store thanks to Valerie… she is extremely knowledgeable and so kind… she took the time to educate me on how the skin ages, what steps to take to slow down the process and what products address them… she did a treatment on my face absolutely amazing…. Most of all it was NEVER about making the sale… it was her genuine desire to help me look and feel my beauty!  Valerie will definitely be my go to beauty consultant… I appreciate YOU!!! I always have a great experience at this location. Valerie was amazing and extremely helpful. She was able to color match me and find the perfect colors and products I needed!  She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!

I went in last minute stressed out about a last minute cancellation for my make up to be done for my engagement picture same day at 3pm I walked throw the mall going in all the make up stores and know one could help me. I walked into planet beauty and ran into a sweet girl name Liz I said hey i just want to ask you a question if you guys did make up in here and if it can be done right now I have pictures in 1 hour and 30 minutes. She walked over to her supervisor and she said if she wanted to try it. She came back and said yes what are you looking for what do you want I said whatever just the color red and I want my eyes to pop. And When I tell you she got to work looking for all the things I needed and started beating my face when I say she was so nice and gentle and did her thing. I was so happy and almost cried when I seen how beautiful it was and how she was so patient in the little time she had. Liz you made me so beautiful for my special day that I felt was so ruined and you turned my whole attitude change. Thank you Liz. Go to Liz she the best. If I could post a picture I would. I came in to show you pictures from my special day.

I went in the Ontario mills location looking for a shampoo and conditioner to help the dryness from my highlight root touch up and my blonde. Didn't exactly know what to get so I told one of young ladies working and showed me exactly that. I have used way she sold me and I was not disappointed!!

I LOVE that they carry most of Jane Iredale's products! It is the BEST skincare make-up! Thanks to the girls here I started using Iredale's products 5 years ago. They are also very friendly and knowledgeable, unlike Sephora/Ulta. I always feel welcomed, especially as someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup, I feel welcomed. I would like to especially thank Gabby for helping me on 7/9/20. I went in just for the GlowTime Cream which I had been hunting down for weeks & thanks to the PB team they got it from another store and had it ready for me to pick up here in just a few days and thanks to Gabby's info and tips I purchased 2 more Jane Iredale products!!! THANK YOU!!! BEST BEAUTY STORE in the mall! Also, thank you for not playing obnoxiously loud music, it makes the shopping experience more relaxed.

I usually love going to this store. I only go to look at my favorite products or beauty brands. There are only two nice employees in that store. The majority of the female employees all follow you, stalk you, and are rude. Today, I was looking at a few things. I swatched a few eye shadows from one brand, and one employee who was following me throughout that tiny store, looked over my shoulder while I swatched the eye shadows. I looked at a sweater..all eyes were on me. I was bothered so many times. I looked at one thing, I was stalked from three feet away. They will bother you until you leave the store. Then, every time I looked at different products from different brands, the employees kept arranging or messing with the already neatly placed items on purpose. They stand near me, watch me look at the products, and pretend to organize. I've never felt more uncomfortable in a beauty store in my life. I will never go there again. Even my brother noticed how annoying, pushy, and rude they are. I would not recommend anyone shopping there, unless if you like being followed and having someone breathe on your shoulder when you are not doing anything wrong! Worst experience.

I went to planet beauty today to buy micro needling product and I was taking care of by a helper named Val she was amazing she helped me understand how the products worked and I'm very satisfied we'll be shopping here very soon again I highly recommend this place they have legit the best products that you need for face creams shampoos and makeup

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.  I found some really cool eyeshadow there that matches for women of color in glitter  without using the glue.
