Came in to buy a moisturizer and was given a lot of advice and help from the staff. Olive was very friendly & upon her recommendation I got a Clinique mask set that has been really good so far! Excellent staff :

I've been an Ulta customer for years, love the rewards program and the selection. But I am so frustrated with the volume of the music at this location. I have shopped this location 2x in the last few weeks. I love music but when I can't have a normal conversation with the sales staff it's too loud. And very annoying.

People avoid this store! Terrible ventilation and air conditioning. It’s so hot in there you can’t shop comfortably- so I spent less. Sales reps look tired and our cashier was confused. Overall not the usual shopping experience I am used to. I will not be coming back to this location. No kiels or origins what a letdown.

The ladies here are so nice!!!! They helped me pick out gifts for my mom and one of them even helped me put my hoop in when it fell out! I will come back here forever!!!!

I just went to buy a lipliner, the cashier not to friendly. She was talking to other ppl instead of me as I was paying.

I received a gift card and figured I'd see what this store is all about. Upon entering I was greeted by an employee who asked me If I needed help. I told her that I was new to the store and was wondering If they had plant based and cruelty free products. She looked at me stupid and said what kind. I repeated myself and then asked for hygiene products. She then appeared annoyed with me because I wasn't specific enough. I responded "okay facial products ". She then directed to me an area and said thus product is good and then walked away. While I stood there dumbfounded, like okay...guess she was done with me. Items are over pricey and honestly some products you can find at other stores for half the price they charge. It would be helpful if they would label what section is plant based /cruelty free. Seeing not all of us use the same products as others.

Still checking on finding my Tree Hut Scrubs Brazilian Brown sugar for my collection, however I adore laying with a selection of colognes

An employee named Bri was amazing! She seriously gave us the best advice on what products to buy and my girls loved them! She was so patient and super upbeat! She is a gem for that store! Keep up the good work!! She's definitely a role model on how employees should be!!

The staff is super helpful but not annoyingly so. Because of the pandemic restrictions and safety precautions the beauty techs help you color match as best they can but really make an earnest effort of finding you the right shade and the right product while trying to keep you and them safe. Absolutely adore the staff at this store
